Jessie_C, Age 27, 7DW Level 1 - Colon Cleansing, Home Colonics, Fasting, Juicing cleanse. Testimonial - better focus on health

The most important thing to me at the end of my 7 Day Wonder Freedom Level 1 formal cleanse is my renewed focus on my health.

There are many things that have already happened and many things that are in the works:

- The 7DW Freedom cleanse really helped me make better decisions about the food that I am putting into my body.

I've cut way back on the processed food I'm eating - after going through the cleanse, I really think twice about whether I want to put a Twinkie in me. I am also eating a better variety and larger quantity of fruits and vegetables. I've cut back on my meat and dairy, as well. I haven't eliminated them, but my consumption is way down and the quality is better.

- I am getting massages every other week, which helps immensely with my stress level and muscle tension.

- I find myself being more conscious of my breathing.
I am more often aware of the times when I am breathing shallowly and can start turning those into deep breaths. I'm amazed how much tension I can let go of that way.

- One habit that I wanted to change was the number of chemicals that I use in my skin care.
Thanks to the motivation provided by the 7DW cleanse, I have found a very high quality line of skin care that uses only natural, organic ingredients - things you could eat, like honey, olive oil, and goat's milk.

- I've discovered the wonders of juicing.
I had never owned or even considered buying a juicer, but now I love fresh juiced apples, lemons, carrots, you name it. There is something very satisfying about drinking juice that you have just made yourself.

- I am looking at expanding my activities.
I have been doing yoga fairly consistently, but now I am looking into how to work more walking into my schedule. I am also thinking about going back to dance classes, which I have taken and loved in the past, but let slip away as an adult.

I think that, to sum it all up, the 7DW cleanse was really a good kick in the pants for me.

I had let a lot of other things get in the way of paying attention to my health, and the resulting illnesses, antibiotics, rashes, etc. were giving me an indication that I needed to make some changes. At that point, I stumbled across information about fasting and cleansing, and after a little trepidation, it seemed like all of the signs were saying "right place, right time."

Before finding HPS-Online.com, all I knew about fasting was that you didn't eat.
Without the guidance from HPS, I would not have know anything about:

- juicing
- colenemas
- herbal supplements
- where to buy anything
- how to break the fast without making myself ill

And I'm sure that I could think of more.

And of course, there is the support from the online group of wonderful fellow Freedom cleansers.

It was so great to make a post and almost immediately receive the "way to go!" and "that's totally normal" messages. It has also been helpful to get advice, both directly to me and what I've seen given to other people, about how to make little tweaks in the process, information about different activities, new recipes, etc. It's a whole new world.

Cheers,
Jessie

That’s quite a list, Jessie. You have made so many changes, learned so much; that will enhance the rest of your healthful life. Excellent.

Hi Jessie,

Isn't it lovely to have got so much benefits from this programme? I felt the same way about the knowledge we gained when I first did the programme. This is knowledge we don't get from schools and doctors but once you're told them, they seem no-brainers. Aren't we all lucky. See you around.

Way to go, Jessie! That's an amazing Testimonial and I've enjoyed pretty much going through this thing with you at just about the same spot. Keep up the good work. I imagine I'll be seeing you at Level 2 . . .

Cheers!

Hi Jessie,

Beautiful, just beautifully said. The part about "knowing how" to go on a fast is very true. We practice it here in a proper and safe way and no one can take the benefits away from us. Enjoy your post-cleanse and the many things you will learn in the coming weeks.

Greetings Jessie,

I rejoice in your rejoicing... what's so exciting is that almost all these things that you mention here in your testimonial, they weren't even in your intro....

That means to me that we are way way ahead...we are already beyond just fulfilling expectations but in fact driving new consciousness, new awareness, and better health.

Congrats Jessie. You have done some very valuable things for your health, your relationships and your life in general in your 7DW level 1 cleansing and in light of it... I look forward to seeing you jump into the cool water of advanced HPS 7DW Freedom cleansing in a few months from now.

Meanwhile, I shall be looking forward to your 7DW post-cleansing posts in the post-cleansing forum.
That's where all the beautiful things you talk about here in your testimonial become habits and ingrained behaviour.

Wishing you all the best!!!

Peace,

Congratulations Jessie on your success with your 7DW level 1 freedom cleansing.

Sounds like you have made some enormous strides with your overall health picture, as well as gaining so much from the education and enlightenment aspect which we all benefit from as well.

Keep up the great work. Don't beat yourself up on your choices of food. Enjoy. I've found that it's a definite process, and to rejoice in progress, even if it may seem slow.

Looking forward to continuing the journey with you and the rest of the group...

Wonderful !

You've managed so beautifully to capture the benefits of this first cleanse. You have learned the art of reading your body, and discovering what makes it happy, and productive.

Now as you implement what you have learned, I imagine your eyes will be averted each time you see those twinkies! You'll be wondering how people can stand to eat "stomach wadding", when there are so many delictible, living enzymes in fresh, sweet fruit! (I always had a weakness for donuts and my father used to call it stomach wadding in jest!)

Our family is on 4 different levels of awareness. It's so funny to see our different reactions to food now. We're all changing so much.

It's nice that we can change together here on hps. You have been such an encouragement to us along the way, it's great to have made it this far, and know that we're not alone as we delve into the next stage of post cleansing.

Keep maintaining your health! It's far more important than I acknowledged until now!!
