Fellow Cleansers:

I embrace you and our journey together!

Way back in 1976, I joined the Air Force at a hefty weight of 156 pounds. Over my 15 years in the Air Force, my weight fluctuated but never over 175 and I was running and working out.

This fluctuation, however, became erratic upon leaving the military for a very sedentary Information Technology career. Oh, I did work out on and off and tried every known diet that existed. In fact, I even beat out Oprah with the amount of weight loss while on that liquid diet. Over the next two decades, I believe that I have gained and lost enough pounds equal to that of a small compact automobile - my heaviest topped the scales at 310 pounds. In most of my diets, I generally lost over 100 pounds each time. Of course, like many folks, I put all of the weight back on and then some. I did have some great successes and felt incredibly proud of my acheivements especially the one where I hired Mr. Universe, Ken Waller, to be my personal trainer. He formulated a weight program along with a very strict Adkins Diet that had the pounds literally melting off me each day while at the same time I was building lean muscle mass. The transformation was incredible and at the age of 39, I was in the best shape of my life. Well, that was 11 years ago and I once again fell off of the band wagon. I actually ran out of money because besides spending hundreds of dollars a week for Mr. Universe, I was also spending around $1,500.00 per month on pills, potions, lotions, supplements, and concoctions. Don't get me wrong, I didn't mind taking my 30-40 pills and 6-8 shakes plus eating 6 times a day to get in to the shape that I was growing in to. But, my expenses were clearly more than my income and therefore my program stopped and so did my progress. Oh, I did maintain my new body for around a year and I did remain on Adkins without ever transitioning into the maintenance phase - so, the weight stayed off longer than it had in times past.

After seeing all of my hard work start going down the tube, I became very depressed and with a series of devastating financial setbacks, I completely gave up on the possibility of ever getting back to my optimum weight and I honestly spiraled out of control until the day came that I didn't get out of bed for weeks and thoughts of suicide filled the emptiness of my existence.

The only thing that pulled me through was a telephone call from my Brother, Dave_O, who by the way is also here going through this process. So, that kick in the pants brought me back home, a journey of almost 1300 miles and truly changed my life. While it certainly hasn't been a bed of roses, I have come leaps and bounds from whence I came. It took me almost another nine years to be able to be in a position to afford this program while first visiting the website somewhere around 2005 or 2006.

In all of my diets, I have been exposed to various eating regimens and the ones that drew me in both spiritually and physically were the ones that gravitated towards the raw food arena or the wholistic approach to eating and its lifestyle. I have been and still am enamored with those folks who can make fantastic dishes that not only look incredibly appetizng but also have wonderful tastes that have my tastebuds dancing on my tongue. I truly admire those who are completely free of processed and cooked foods; however, I still haven't given up my chicken, fish, or occasional beef as of yet. Although, I have recently purchased a Vitamix along with a Breville Juicer and therefore I'm much more commited to perhaps giving up the meats while still maintaining the fish and seafood regimen.

Well, dear friends even though I have conducted cleansings of an herbal nature for several years, I have never incorporated the colonic with it. I wanted to do it way back in the 80's but couldn't get over the embarassment of having putrified fecal matter exposed to some clinician. So, now after over two decades I'll be able to experience just what Steve Martin experienced in 1991 in "LA Story" as he was led in to a colon hydrotherapy clinic by Sarah Jessica Parker - except for the funny walking afterwards!

I wish each of you who are also beginning their journey towards health of mind and body much success and to those of you who have passed through additional streams [metaphorically speaking], I welcome any comments and guidance that you may have.

Peace, joy, health, and light,

Michael_O

Greetings Michael,

Welcome to the hPS 7 dAY wONDER cleansing program.

I'm pretty sure you are going to find here in this program a whole lot more than what you found in the past. By a whole lot more, what I mean is value and benefit.

But that's for you to tell us in the near future in the program review/testimonial written after your formal cleansing, and not for me to predict.

I'll be looking forward to that and coming back here to put a link on this post.

That doesn't happen here Michael.

As long as you stay active here at our community two things happen:

1) you keep progressing towards ascending good health... and trust me, there is a lot of it out here just waiting your discovery. You couldn't possibly take it all in in less than three to five years.

2) you not only practice to the twofold path of healing and rejuvenation, but you get also to practice the path of loving kindness and compassion, helping newcomers who follow in your footsteps.

This is a well trodden path, so a few of us veterans will actively be participating in your journey here. We're gotten the cleansing, healing and rejuvenation practices pretty well covered. So, your back is covered too.

Sustainability is the key Michael, you are fifty now, and its very important to find a fitness and health path that you can carry through for the remainder of your life. A path that actually makes you look and feel younger as the years go by, and keeps you more healthier than any other path you know of.

I believe HPS is. Lets see.
:D

Hi Michael!

That's quite a story; some of it not too uncommon to mine - yoyo dieting and those 30-40 pills a day (or more for me); we tolerated it because we thought it would help, right? Well it didn't for the long run.

So welcome to HPS - I'm pleased to meet you and I know that here you will find an end to your searching for a permanent solution to your health issues. Follow the program and it will surely help you to get better and better and better!

love,
Dorothea
