Greetings all...

This is my last thread for the 4 levels of 7Dw Freedom cleansing we do here at hps - the 7DW level 4 testimonial... but I picked my title - 'End of the beginning' - because really the first four levels is just the beginning... and now that I've come this far I have the skills and the knowledge to Freedom cleanse and be responsible for my own health for THE REST OF MY LIFE.

I know its difficult for people to understand who are just starting out or even just considering starting out... (its too much hassle, too much money, etc, etc)... but when you reach this stage your vantage point is different: less than 2 years investment for a lifetime of better health and personal growth ahead of me.

So how has this 7-Day Wonder Freedom Cleansing program helped me to help myself?

Well, for starters, physically speaking, I have a much better understanding of how my body works, what promotes good health and what degenerates it....

I eat far better than I used to...
I've cleared unmeasurable amounts of old crap out of my system...
I get a good nights sleep EVERY night...
My digestion and elimination is consistent and regular...
I have far less acne than I used to...

And basically I feel better than I have probably since I started university eight years ago.

And besides the physical there have been other changes as well...
Aa slow, steady enfolding of mental stability, clarity and positivity...
A deep sense of love, compassion and understanding for myself and others...
And more recently, a much clearer sense of purpose in my life.

And so I am extremely grateful to have completed the 4th level of this program just as I prepare to embark on the next leg of my journey throught this lifetime.

I'll shortly be moving back to my home province and heading into a new career direction... and I know that my practice here at hps and the love and support of the other 7DW Freedom Cleansers has helped me get to this point; and yet will continue to help in the months and years ahead.

And whats even better - I have the priviledge to help others along their way too.
