Hello eveyone!!

I completed my cleanse almost two weeks ago. I have studied nutrition and natural health for years and fasting and a colon cleanse has always been something I have wanted to do. I think this was my next step of my health journey. I am very glad I found HPS- the support and information was incredible and could not have had this great experience on my own.

The thing that amazed me the most was that I was never hungry,Which I thought I would be- and my thoughts weren't consumed with the thought of food. Day 2 and 3 were a bit spacey for me and I know I was releasing a lot of toxins. By day 4 I had tons of energy and felt great- and was still eliminating lots of stuff. The biggest thing that I have noticed since the cleanse is how emotional I have been. I have been letting emotions in and letting tears flow-- and then also being really honest with people and communicating these feelings to them. I feel like every aspect of me was affected by my cleanse. I released fears, worries and concerns as well as toxins and mucus and such.

Diet is something I have always been pretty good at. But it has been a will power thing to eat healthy over the last year. After my cleanse, I have just craved good food. The thought of alcohol, heavy fooods, wheat or sugar just doesn't sound appetizing. I have lost weight and can fit into some of my favorite pants again!

I have been eating mostly veggies and brown rice or quinoa. Though I did have a couple chai tea's with soy (which has sugar and caffeine as well). Well, my body told me that it doesn't like that. I immediatly got pimples every where. I have always known I had a soy allergy- and that confirmed it.

The HPS cleansing was a great experience. It opened up my consciousness in all areas of my life! I feel free, aware, open and light!! Thanks to everyone for their amazing support!!!
