After finishing 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleanse level 1, I still didn’t have regular, forearm-sized bm’s that just fall out. But 7DW Level 2 has fixed that. I’m enjoying regular, bulky elimination that is such a joy to unload. I’m enjoying salad, veg and fruit more and more.

There’s no turning back, not after gaining the knowledge, which is perhaps one of the most important benefits of the programme. We not only practise, we know the whys and what fors too.

The more I 7DW freedom cleanse and the more I read about cleansing, the more I wonder why isn’t everybody doing this?

Why weren’t we told of this from day 1?

It is such a simple and basic way to stay healthy if we just learn to put the right things into our body the right way!
And along the way, we reap not only physical benefits but emotional and spiritual well beings as well.

So why isn’s everybody doing this?

I wonder the same, and then I see how many people are afraid to break from the norm.

Takes a courageous spirit, ready for rarely seen break-throughs and what I think are health and emotional miracles.

People will discover if they just give it a chance that there is time to enjoy life, it takes time and dedication though, but with energy and good health it becomes easy.

I will enjoy watching more and more new people experiencing the energy, health and peace that we are learning and living.

I always like to read your postings. The way you write and explain and discribe. I was excited to start my 7dw freedom cleanse formal this coming wednesday, but reading your testemonial kind of made me impatient to jump right into it like tomorrow morning .
