Dear 7-Day Wonder Freedom Cleansers,

It is a beautiful clear night in Oz, Sunday, October 12. I have just finished watching a memorial to the Bali victims and the horrendous hurts and loss so many many familes feel and yet I hear and see fierce determination that what they have will be lived to the fullest and that life will be a victory not a defeat. Tears are streaming down my face as I realize I too have been a victum of sexual abuse but that I no longer am a victum, no longer a survivor, I am ME, a whole, compete, vibrant woman that is unstoppable and loving life to the fullest!!!

It seems hard to believe that I began my new lifestyle 2 years ago. My husband and I changed our lifestyle and became raw vegans Oct 1, 2001. I was very overweight, Hiatis hernia, headaches, huge problems with HRT and HBP, sleepless nights, etc.

As my doctor said, "your're over 50, this is quite normal!! Within days of our new lifestyle I felt a real difference.
I knew within a few months that I wanted to do cleansing but was actually scared of the whole board idea.

After looking into several sites, we chose Jos-hua "GOOD MOVE RIGHT??" and I have never looked back.

My body love the detail and care given to it during a cleanse and I actually feel the best right after one. More energy, light and clear thinking. After Level 1 I knew this was a way of life for me as it complemented my lifestyle and enhanced all that I was learning. Each level has taken my closer to greater health and well being. One of the greatest assets is the calm and peace I feel inside--believe me it was NOT there with HRT!!

Now, I feel young, vibrant and a WHOLE women that truly loves life. Jos-hua is the PERFECT avenue to competeness!! I'd like to share quickly (those of you stiill awake with me ) an incident recently.

Had a dinner party. Salad, rice, mushrooms. Friday night. Glass of wine. Woke up Sat and felt a bit sick in the stomach. I have not been sick for two years now, not ONE tablet for anything. So this was unusual. By 11 am I was vomiting. We had guest coming over at 2 for the Grand Final (super bowl here) and I was really aching in all joints. Decided to do a bucket. Not much happened but felt a bit better. Then chills came, thought it must be food poisoning. Bucket had chunks of mushroom and also vomited the same. Put on a good act till guest arrived and did another bucket. Same, but by then I was crying in pain from my joints.

Called my doctor, naturalpath, she said to so lots of zapping as well. Was only having water. Sun felt a bit better except for the aches in joints. Bucket in AM, walk in afternoon, steam and nap. Still very cold and lots of aches. Did take a pain pill Friday night as I was in such pain. This was VERY hard for me to do. Bucket Sun pm as well. Mon am went to work, feeling some better. still achy and cold though, just had water and a couple of pieces of fruit all day. Mon PM did a bucket. SHOCK--I passed about 100 parasite type things. They werr about 1/4 inch white fat grub like things with red dots on their backs. IMMEDIATELY after the bucket felt like a million buckS!!!
