Hi Everyone!!

What an experience! I have learned and grown so much. I don't even know where to begin.

First of all, my awareness of food and how it reacts with my body has done a 180.

Before HPS I would go on a diet and not eat foods because they would be forbidden and of course I would want them even more.

Now that I know how foods impact my body I don't want the "bad ones" anymore. I do crave raw foods and I have drastically changed my diet.

I am now eating at least 2 salads a day, juicing and combing foods properly. It has been about 3 weeks since my formal, so I have by no means been perfect, but I am aware and improving and growing each and every day!

One of my biggest health concerns, that I was on lots of medication for, was my menstrual cramps. I have gotten sick and had unbearable cramps ever since I can remember. Every month during my period the cramps and vomiting would be so bad I would be bed ridden for at least a day or two.

This was the first month ever that I was free of all my medication and hardly had any cramps at all. It was amazing I was functional and happy during my period! This was one of the most exciting benefits ever!

What a great benefit you got out of this cleanse. The menstrual problems are tough especially that you know the same thing will be happening the next month and the month after. Now you can use those days to spend them out doors instead of being at home on couch.

Dear Kirsten

I have just read your testimonial from your 7DW level 1 cleanse and am very excited. You see I too have been suffering for years with menstrual problems and have been pill popping. Even during my pre cleanse i was laid up in bed and just had to use painkillers so intense was the pain.

I'm just into my 7DW level one cleanse and at the end of day2. So thank you so much for inspiring me. I've been trying to find cure for years. I'm now looking forward to hopefully a pain free, pill free time next month.
