Hello Everyone,

I'm back for level three, looking forward to this important next step.

Levels one and two were great for me and produced excellent results. Level one was devoted to the process - learning it, living it, to the extent I was capable and experiencing some emotional break-throughs. I also experienced resolution of health issues immediately in level one which left me medication free.

In the second level I built upon the knowledge of the first and also practiced what I'd learned with the help and support of Jos hua and this community. I made significant heart discoveries in this level and started retraining my brain to think in a more kind, forgiving and accepting way.

I was a type A personality, which was valuable in getting me to great places in my career, but it wreaked havoc on my heart - place and health. I had a stroke almost exactly one month after my 40th birthday. I never mentioned it because of my need to deny it. The denial stemmed from my fear of being beholden or tied in some way forever to the western medical culture – with such a major problem, how could I deny their advice? My denial would keep it under wraps, no one knows, no one worries, no one forces me through guilt and fear to live their culture. I also took their medication, off and on. I was toying with my health in a major way.

The stroke was very minor and did little damage aside from my memory being less sharp than it once was and experiencing some confusion, frustration and a compromised attention span for some time following the event - the memory loss is still a problem (short term and some long term stuff).

I had high blood pressure prior to starting this program. I have closely monitored my blood pressure since and have maintained low blood pressure since the post cleanse in level one and through the second level. With my recent travels, I ignored my health to a large degree and had a period of about three days where my blood pressure was up again – and about ten days of major acid reflux. That's all it took for me to get back in line. I think the biggest problem was the regular salt and antacids (lots of bad sodium in there) that I used when nothing else would work for the acid reflux - which was another health problem that plagued me before. Poor food combining for a long period caused this bout.

I had been doing a great job up until this point. Good news though - getting back in step took less than one week. Acid reflux is gone and blood pressure is back down. Enough of an eye opener to encourage my continued adherence to a program that is working – old habits die hard though!

With the A personality that I created for myself from various events of my life - having a high level of control was always important to me. Letting go of the need to control everything in my life has been the most significant change. I continue to practice letting go.

I still have determination, which is different- and healthy; but I’m losing the obsession. This is where my continued focus will be going forward. I also believe in this program wholeheartedly, which was what was missing from my experience with the western medical culture. Here we get information as we are able to assimilate it and things fall into place in your mind and in your experience. The knowledge that is built in this process ties to the bits of information that I have gotten from WMC and have researched on my own over the years and makes perfect sense. Practicing and changing the old habits will also be my continued focus.

I feel a special bond with the like minded controllers on the boards who are struggling with letting go and living in the now, but all of you are very special to me.
