Jeremy_R, Age 26, 7DW Level 1, Introduction
Hello Everyone,
My name is Jeremy and I am excited about letting go of whatever shall come. I am married very happily to Judith. I work in a security business with my family, which I really enjoy. Health wise, I scored a 15 on the quiz, but I know that I am not that healthy because of past habits and stress. I am a pesco-vegetarian, but I rarely eat fish. I excercise at least once a day. I practice yoga, chi-kung, tai-chi, run, and do calistenics. I have a very positive outlook in life, generally, but I am also very prone to anger. I also smoke occasionally, but not cigarettes! I know that good things are to come for all of us through these processes and I look forward to learning with you all.
