Yes, I have a sense of increasing well-being from the program. My body feels more energetic, agile and firm than it was (even though my body is still pudgy!)
I actually feel light

My shoulder, arm, eczema problems are all in remission and I seem to have better control over my appetite than I ever did before. I’ve also learned to be much more conscious of my posture which has helped the shoulder/arm condition, I think. I’ve kept the weight off at each stage, which I am grateful for.

Lifestyle changes since starting HPS include: no more neurontin or any other drugs, more exercise, more raw food, having regular massages and steams, zapping, inversion table, more breathing exercises, more hatha yoga and visiting this forum regularly. Quite a change really.

I’ll be doing level 3 in the fall and plan to keep the cl and alf going along with eating right to get ready.

Yes, Louise.....and I meant to add to my post to Jos-hua that it really has been the most exciting aspect for me to, to be off Neurontin....I was really apprehensive about going off that powerful drug, but it worked out fine......and I don’t know hardly anyone with my level of peripheral neuropathy that goes without some pain killer.

But I'm only apprehensive about the first couple of weeks and what I'll have to go through to get to the other side. I firmly believe that once I stop them I'll be far better off.
