Sumina B, Age 25, ADVANCED CLEANSING, 7DW Level 3, Testimonal - A Period (menstruation) after 2 years of none

So much has changed in my body and mind in the past year and a half that I have been cleansing. I believe that is why it has been so difficult to write a testimonal, I am not sure how to pinpoint what has changed.

So I will try my best to point out the changes that have occured in the past couple of years:

1. Greater clarity in my mind in retriving information. I found myself struggling to find answers to questions, or trying to remember someone's phone number. Now I find the recall time is much quicker.

2. Knowing my body and what it needs. I now find myself calmer and more relaxed within my own body. If I find myself not feeling so great, I know exactly why and what I need to do to get back on track.

3. Mindfullness in what I do. It started with mindfullness when it came to eating... chewing properly... eating slower.... eating less. And now I find myself practicing mindfullness in traffic, washing dishes, cutting vegetables.... many things. It still comes and goes, but at least the awareness is there.

4. The most noticable change has been the return of my period. Before this cleanse, the last period I had was almost 2 years ago. This month has been the second consecutive month since my Level 3 that I have had a period. Wow. For the first time in my life I feel joyous now when I am on my period. I didn't grow up with that type of outlook, so it is something I had to teach myself. That it is a blessing to have a period, not a curse. And I am not unclean and dirty when I am on my period.

I am so grateful to be on the cleansing path, and to have everyone here for support. I wouldn't do it any other way. To be able to share my stories, ask for help, and read about other people's journeys is invaluable.

Great to hear all your good news... I was wondering when some breakthroughs would appear, and it seems that we are now finally getting that big movement foreward that is expected, and which you deserve in light of all your efforts this last 15 months.

Menstruation is part of balance, harmoney and cleansing that women naturally have... it is exciting to hear your good news... it means that finally a lot more balance and harmony is coming your way, something which you innately are experiencing already. This is good news.

Add to that the ability to minister to your own body, your own health, the heightened awareness and mindfulness and the better health in general, and well, it seems the investment, the effort, the patience, the loving kindness and compassion and the devotion to the cleansing path has/is paying off... hopefully, from here onwards, each day will become easier for you and more happiness.

I congratulate you and rejoice in your rejoicing. You've done well Sumina and my intuition tells me, that lots of very good and exciting things are on the way in the coming years both for you and Saurabh.
