Dear Jos-hua,

I just wanted to thank you at this point for your generousity and brilliance.

what you have created with this programme and the community is a deeply wonderful thing and a profound contribution.....

This IS a life changing experience for me, this is the key into myself, my spirit...I have found my practice, I have found home and feel peaceful knowing that it is leading me down a path I have been trying to go for many years but not been able to find the door. Leading me to the next step in finding a deeper spiritual connection...and more I am sure. There is so much here.

Whilst I am experiencing some challenging emotions at the moment, I know it will pass, and the underlying peacefulness is there for me now.

and that is thanks to you and your creation and committment to all who come to this community...incredibly wonderful!

I wrote this to Jos-hua shortly after breaking the the Level 1 formal fast...almost three weeks ago now!

I am delighted with how things are continuing to unfold...on every level.

I guess you can't beat waking up at first bird call, ready to get out of bed, straight to the toilet for an effortless and satisfying bowel movement(daily), commence breathing exercises and walking...effortlessly...if I choose to. a calmer morning environment and my son has been late to school only once. A huge change from 2 months ago! When I greeted the alarm with anger, dragged myself out of bed for that morning cuppa, only to then start to anticipate my morning coffee, whilst getting my children to school - always late with much anxiety, stress and moodiness and a bowel movement if I managed to fit it in sometime in the day....NO FUN! And distressed that my life had come to this...among other things!

The early mornings have meant that I have had to go to sleep, sometimes very early...but what could be more important in that moment? I have been experiencing deeper, nourishing sleeps that are much more self loving than staying up late to get that 'private and quiet' space not possible at any other time of the day! (an attitude held with resentment and anger)

This is a process, thorough and profound. I am so grateful to be re- engaged with my health and in doing so am able to support the health of my family. I am so much more inspired around different vegetables and fruit, creating simple and wonderful meals that we are all enjoying! Fantastic. My husband is noticing, not only the wonderful food that he is eating but tells me I am so much 'lighter', so much more able to engage vs the ruthless control freak! and I know it is only going to get better!!!

I have never gone for health insurance because I always believed that it was part of the slow living death track (with huge doses of cultural fear) we in the western world seem to be on and feel now I definately don't need to considerer it! This programme is our self care health insurance - and that feels wonderful!

This wholistic approach can't be matched! and can't happen without the support of the community. Thanks EVERY one who participated in supporting my journey thus far. I am still amazed at what is shared, and my contact with the humanity in us all...I give thanks to have made this connection

Janaka, I guess it has been such good timing for me. I have noticed over the years how well my body can respond. i guess with this I have already had this orientation, having seen a TCM on and off for maybe 12 years, and the last 18 months my focus on Ba Gua Zhang (martial art). Also my prior cleansing experience had its basis in old chinese perspective....

Louise, so lovely to bask in the idea that my reality of 2 months ago (and then the previous years...at least 6!!) can and will become a distant flash of memory!

Lovely testimonial... It's wonderful to hear about and feel the changes that you have gone through. Since we are all journeying on the path together it is easy to relate to and understand your feelings.

I especially relate to your self-care verses health care. To me it's a no brainer to take care of yourself verses laying your health into someone else's lap to do for you.

It's also easy to relate to how you felt before your cleanse too. I used to have the same attitude toward my work, but now have more a sense of purpose and helpfulness toward it all.

Such plus's for cleansing, and I'm happy that you have been brought to us via the path....

I am so excited, delighted and thankful that as Steve_C noted, the door has been unlocked. This testimonial is wonderful, as all your other posts at the other forums... I especially enjoyed the one the other day at the What are you doing today forum... that was thrilling.

I totally agree with Louise, I too remember clearly how I was before I started cleansing this way, and I too wouldn't ever want to go back to that again. Waking up in the mornings is such a treat on a clean, healthy body.

You touched above on a few important points: leaving the control freak behind... so important that is, and this program kind of forces you to do that, doesn't it. You have no choice but to be patient and listen to your body and mind. Those that stop expecting and just flow with the program get the most out of it. The results are guaranteed, but on each body the timing is different... therefore it's important to practice and proceed forward.

I like your point about health insurance... that really is the culture of fear and pain, isn't it. And you're right, once we jump into that boat, we really have no choice but to adopt the fear that comes with it. I too have no insurance whatsoever and I never worry or fear,,,, I cleanse frequently, two or three times a year, I practice continuously, some months, some years very well, others months, other years just minimal, but always I feel the wheel is continuing to turn and I think that point is important. Being perfect isn't important, keeping the wheel of cleansing and rejuvenation turning is important.

I'm glad that you understand that cleansing and true rejuvenation is a process... that ties in to what I just mentioned above... many people think it is a procedure, and that is a wrong view based on a misunderstanding. It is not a procedure, it is a process, and the point is to keep the process going at whatever intensity and pace that suits you, but it is important to keep the process going forward.

I look forward to your post-cleansing and then to your level 2. I definitely see you jumping leaps in bounds in Level 3. Step-by-step, level-by-level at your pace and convenience is best for you. I look forward to sharing it all with you.
