Hi all. I am just finishing 4 weeks post-cleansing. The whole process seemed to go fairly well. My body is still adjusting and balancing itself out from the cleanse, but I'm doing great.

The benefits I have gained from the cleanse are:
1. My fingernails are strong. They use to be weak and would bend and sometimes peel and break off. Also, my cuticles were jagged and unhealthy. Now, my fingernails are long and strong and cuticles look way better.

2. I am 13 pounds lighter. This is definitely the best part. It feels good to have a little bit less to carry around with me. I still could take off about 20 more pounds so I guess that is where level 2 comes into play.

3. My energy level is a bit higher then it was.

4. My bowel movements are better (more often and consistent) then before.

This cleanse is definitely the way to go. After trying so many different diets and cleanses, I have never had the results like I have had with HPS. All the guidance and information provided is proven and it works. The support that goes along with this is so valuable. Thank you fellow cleansers and Jos-hua for your input and support through my level 1.

Sounds like you need to have a manicure/pedicure done on your newly found nails, get some skinny clothes...maybe even some workout type clothes to inspire you towards staying fit, find something to do with that extra energy and more toilet paper to support the "more often and consistent" bowel movements!

When I read your testimonial I was very very happy. In fact, I wanted to immediately copy your intro into it because I distinctly remember your intro so that is what I just did, I put it above, so that the general public can see how you felt and what you expected before starting out on this HPScleansing and what you are experiencing now.

What's more important to me is what you are going to be experiencing in a year, two and three from now.

As you are learning cleansing is a process, a journey. It's not about pills, products, promises or a silver bullet... it much more about your skills, your knowledge and your practicing.

You have started out on this path and I want to encourage you to continue. I want to see more post-cleansing posts please... in your specific case once a month is not enough, I would like to see once a week, so please make the effort.

We all are here with you for you, so please be here with us... I want to make sure that this journey is successful for you and that all the past health problems become just that, the past.
