Hello!

I finished my cleanse about two weeks ago and I am feeling great! This program is unlike many of western society's quick fixes, this step by step program set me up for long term success that I am responsible for.

I started this cleansing program after a horrible year of allergies, abdomen discomfort and irregular constipation. Furthermore, the last couple of years I have had a problem with motivation and lethargy. I couldn't seem to get enough sleep, and I would cut corners at work, school and in my life to get a couple more minutes of sleep. I had no motivation to do anything positive in my life.

I thought that seven days of fasting would be impossible. I had never gone more than a day with out eating before this cleanse. I soon found out, to my surprise, that with the support from the community and Jos-hua the seven days of fasting went by extremely well and manageable! There were a few times that I wanted to eat a load of junk food. . .I wasn't hungry but I was addicted to sugar, soda and fast food. What a great feeling, being able to say no to some of those addicting foods and moving on with out them.

Even more to my surprise I had more energy on the 7th day of my fast that I have had in the last three years. By the fourth day I was only sleeping six hours a night for no other reason than the fact that I woke up early in the morning feeling alive and awake. It was a tremendous feeling! Although my allergies did not totally go away they have become minimal. When my allergies started around a year ago the doctor told me to take claritan, he did not know and did not care what I was allergic too, he said that the claritan would stop it. Well, the claritan worked for about six months before my allergies overcame it. The doctor just told me to take more claritan, at that point I knew that I was not on the right path. Since my cleanse I have not used any medication and my allergies are less frequent than when I was on claritan.

In addition to gaining energy and vitality, I lost a total of 12 lbs, about 2 ins. in my stomach, 1 1 /2 in. in my neck and my face has slimmed down. I know that the weight I lost was mostly the mucous junk that was sitting in my colon. The 2 in. that I lost in my stomach was bloating, I no longer have any abdominal discomfort and my pants fit great! The lose of mass in my neck and face was surely swelling from my lymphs and sinuses. I feel better and look healthier.

Out of everything that I have gained from this cleanse I feel that the responsibility for my health and the freedom from being dependent on somebody else to care for my health is the greatest gift I received from this program!

It was a great learning experience, and I am convinced that completing all four levels of this program is the path to better health and a happier life!

That list is long and it's amazing that many of these physical issues are NATURALLY gone after one cleanse only. It's a testiment to your devotion to the program. Thanks for following all the instructions and guidance.

Thanks for your welcome at my introduction thread. What you have just experienced and described from your Level 1 has me chomping at the bits to get into it. I am so looking forward to that time alone to focus on what is going on in my body and spirit. I start the pre cleanse in little over a week.

I'm on the same page about being dependent on someone else for my health. It's our body and our mind. We determine what we put in both of them. I am more and more amazed at what passes for "legitimate" medicine in this country for everyday "health care". Reading your post I can just feel the emotion when you were told to just take more claritin. And this is the power center that tells us any other form of treatment is suspect?!?!?!?

Glad to meet you and follow in your footsteps on our new path to responsible vibrant health. Keep us posted on your ongoing disciplines between cleanses.

There is nothing as empowering as taking charge of your health. Level 1 is just the begining. Do a good post cleanse and do Level 2 in a few months. Stick with this program and you won't believe where it will take you.

Good for you on all the positive changes. There is nowhere to go but up.

Congratulations on completing Level 1 Formal Cleanse do wish you all the best on the Post Cleanse. There is a saying I read that goes 'Man heal thyself'. I am sure it feels great to now own your body and no longer need the services of a doctor.

Michael,

It is great that you found the proper advice you needed to truly get you started on improving your health. Forget about doctors unless you are in an accident or something like that and need emergency care. Otherwise they will do more damage than good and rip you off in the process. Keep up the good work!
