This cleanse was certainly worth the time and money.

When I found HPS, I had read so many other websites about cleansing. I had found one particular one that just about had me sold, but I decided to do one more search because it didn't feel quite right. That search brought me to Jos-hua's website. It was so full of information I had to check it all out. I kept coming across subjects that piqued my interest and they were always things that I had touched on in doing other reading through my search/journey for better health. This program was bringing it all together in one convenient package.

It took me a couple months to decide to actually purchase the program because in the past I have leapt before looking and found that usually it was a mistake. After reading most of the website, it all felt right.

Turns out I made the right move this time. Since finishing my cleanse, I have noticed quite a few changes.

1. I had skin eruptions on my hands for months that came and went. I had to keep using antibiotic creme to keep it at bay. When I would stop using it, my skin would break out again. Since doing the cleanse I haven't needed to buy anymore. This is wonderful since a very small tube cost me $40.00 a pop!

2. I have been noticing more energy every day. Before the cleanse I was feeling drained at the end of every day. My eyes would hurt. In fact I'd feel that way all day. I am a pet-sitter and I am now enjoying all the walking I am doing with the dogs I care for.

3. I have become more patient with my charges as well. I find myself getting less annoyed by things like jumping, getting tangled up in leashes and sniffing every blade of grass. I have realized that I actually enjoy what I'm doing.

4.Before this cleanse I felt angry at who I was and where I was in my life. I feel that a good portion of that anger has been lifted. I am also seeing more clearly, my own responsibility in all of these feelings and that I can transform them into more pleasant feelings. Without that heavy anger, I feel much lighter inside.

I just love the growth I am experiencing here. I will clarify though, I still experience impatience, feelings of annoyance and anger. I'm not perfect. But there is a difference in the frequency of my reactions. I'm laughing at these things more often or just dealing with them more calmly.

5. My self-confidence and self-esteem had really been waning before. Now, it's back up again. I am beginning to feel good about me again.

The support here is phenomenal. If I had questions Jos-hua was always there to answer them. I was very uptight in the beginning about getting everything I needed and having all the info. Well, Jos-hua was very patient with me, emailed me back each time, and very quickly, I might add. It turned out every time, I had the info when I needed it and everything turned out just fine.

Having the guidance saves so much time and money. There are so many options and products out there. It can really be confusing and difficult to know which ones to try. And you really don't know until you try them.

As for the other cleansers: I feel like I have found a great circle of friends/family. I had much support and advice that I found very helpful. It is very comforting when you're confused or not sure about something, there are people to turn to and ask. Just about every time, I got more than one post back that helped me out.

I am so grateful to Jos-hua for putting this together and having this approach here for all of us. And the support group here, well, it would have been a much more difficult experience without all of them.
I did my cleanse Thanksgiving week of this year, and I gave thanks that day to all who supported me through the cleanse.

Oh, and I forgot to mention, as a side benefit, I lost some weight. I don't know how much as I don't own a scale, but I was in a size 12 jeans before I started and they were tight. Now, size 10 is loose.

I love that I did this, I love the things I am learning and I love what is happening to me. I am looking forward to the next level.
