I have been feeling great since the completion of my level 1 cleanse and am focusing on being mindful of what I put into my body and how I think and rest. I have not had the need for a single asprin or cold pill here in the frozen tundra of the midwest and I have been out in the cold excersising constantly. My bloodwork from my physical showed that some of my liver functions had returned to normal levels after tens of years at elevated rates and the cholesterol continues to drop. The original drop in weight was amazing and I found some rebound (5 lb) when I started having solid food. Many thanks to all for their encouragement and I look forward to level 2.

Congrats on the improvements in your liver stats!! Reversing 10 years of going the wrong way is what makes HPS so dramatic. Now, instead of going downhill, you're on the uphill direction - uphill toward ever ascending better health. Celebrate!!
