Aloha everyone!

I am happy to say that this is the best cleansing and detoxification I have ever been through. It may seem a lot of time to sacrafice but I believe anyone can do it (I have two jobs and three children).

I would have to say that this cleanse was difficult for me because of the extra effort I had to commit to; child rearing duties and spousal duties such as cooking, laundry, housecleaning, etc.

Here are some the benefits I have experienced so far:

- I lost over 30lbs, however, I usually lose 10lbs more because of my extensive physical activity.

- My allergies have dissappeared

- I breathe a lot better....good-bye stuffy nose

- My facial cheeks have gone down

- I now have a much leaner stomach

- Eating habits have changed for the better - I am now more aware of how the food and drinks I am consuming will impact me

- My ring size has changed

- Hypertension is gone
