Electrician/Wireman, Martin_J, Age 44, HPS ADVANCED CLEANSING. 7DW Level 3 cleanse. Testimonial, "We will never know what may have happened...."

Thank God I am doing this.

I signed up for the hps program to correct a severe constipation problem. I knew exactly when it first happened that day last winter. I did not know at the time the abuse I was doing to my body via poor dietary habits. I was going through life like many people, never experiencing the worst of a health condition and thinking I could shovel anything I wanted and in whatever quantities down my throat. I have since learned information that will help me for the rest of my life. In level 1, I learned the principals of bowel friendly dietary habits. I have applied those principals diligently. I never knew a thing about the produce department at a grocery store, but I sure do now. “Eating my medicine” has become a daily routine. That was the first step in my rejuvenation.

The next step was learning the principals of fasting and cleansing. It was a wonderful, learning, enlightening experience, and I value that to the ends of the earth. I was not about to give it all up, even though I was dealing with many in my world who were “concerned” with how I was handling this health issue. I didn’t know how to deal with this “concern” at first, and life wound up getting rather testy here. It was actually through studying some of the principals covered in level 2 that I learned most how to reaffirm a basic trust in my judgements. I know better now that I can achieve whatever I want and that everyone is my teacher.

I/we have since moved on. I have chosen my road while most others prefer non-natural, invasive, drug oriented paths. In my level three post-cleanse, I eliminated countless stones from my liver and gallbladder and I experienced yet another cleansing technique, safely and effectively (members can view the pictures at the picture forum). My body has a healthier feel to it as a result. I think what is important to mention, however, is that Jos-hua's experience at doing these kinds of things is what this program is all about. You read about these cleanses and all the benefits they bring, but a large body of naturopathic experience is important to have when actually doing them. Otherwise, the errors could be costly. We will never know what may have happened if I did not do this. I have heard of a lot of gallbladder surgery and removals lately. Do not count me among that crowd.

I have augmented cleansing and fasting with some other modalities as well. I began a course in tai chi/ qigong. I do these exercises along with some others we learn here. Unequivocally, these practices have restored my body to being more flexible, with joints that are limber and feel great. My lower back used to always be a concern, but not anymore. I can actually run again almost as I did in my teens, something I had lost for some time. And when I am pitching baseball to 9 year old boys and one of them rockets a ball at my knees, I am thankful to this program for the shape I am in to bend out of the way. Lately, I let days go by without exercising, but when I re-commence, I immediately feel good energy for the day. Cleansing the colon allows these supporting modalities to work on a much higher level than if you were to still have a toxic, congested body.

I still have to be careful in choosing what foods to eat. The wrong binge can slow my bowel movements way down. So I have more cleansing to do and must stay disciplined in my food choices. The careless approach got me here in the first place. I have, however, come to an elevated degree of experience with HPS’s 7 day cleanse/ fast, and am confident that sticking to what the great practitioners have given to the world is the best road to be on. Thanks for reading and look for me in level 4.

Regards,
Marty

Hi Marty,

Great inspirational words. I'm happy to hear the benefits that you have derived from your cleansing experience. You have shown us and others what sticking with the program can produce. I know you are feeling fantastic right now from your testimonial and this feeling of joy and happiness is very contagious.

Good luck in continuing on in your post cleanse and I look forward to sharing your journey with you into the next level.

Enjoy the day!!

The path...

Namaste Marty,

Such a joy to read your level 3 testimonial/ review. We, you and I, your family and friends have gone through a lot to get this point, it truly is a gift. Congrats!

At your level 3 intro you wrote the following:

The hps cleansing program has put me on track to recover good bowel health, and I feel that it is necessary for life’s second half to forge ahead on this cleansing path. The level 3 course material confirms this. It is not as simple as popping a pill, which for some reason, many people still think is an answer, but when we talk about being on the path, it is one that “must be traveled slowly, step by step, entirely under one’s own power, driven only by virtue of one’s own discipline and determination.” That is the beauty of doing this program, viz. That while it utilizes products and supplements, we ultimately depend more upon a trust in ourselves to bring about the healing and vitality that we are seeking and wanting to sustain. The best is yet to come.

Regards,
Marty

"We ultimately depend more upon a trust in ourselves."

Your testimonial has proven that Marty... good courage, good strength.

Clearly the bridge has been crossed. I look forward now to see how you plan to design and decorate your new garden of better health. Level 3 and level 4 will provide you with some more tools, more skills and more knowledge but ultimately, as time passes and you progress into a Master Faster, it will depend on your trust to carry it all forward. "Even more is yet to come."
You are right Marty!

All the best, your lifelong cleansing friend,

Love and light,

Jos-hua

Hi Marty,

Anytime I get discouraged with this program I remind myself to check the testimonials of those who've done level 3 and 4 and it always restores my confidence. In level 1 I was so anxious to get better and thought my main problem would basically be cleared up after one cleanse... though I'm learning that its a slow process and a life changing one... and you're right: it takes your own will and your own trust in yourself to be successful. Thanks for this reminder and congratulations on coming this far.

Peace,
Colin

Marty,

Congratulations on the work you accomplished at your L3! And thank-you so much for sharing fully in your L3 testimonial. The timing of reading your testimonial couldn't have been better for me. The last several days have been an emotional challenge, not with my L2 precleanse, but with other aspects of my current situation. Your testimonial somehow has hit the spot in helping me to keep putting one foot in front of the other - to press on. How important our honest sharing is here on the forums. It can touch lives in ways we will never know.

So happy for you that you are here and progressing on your health path. Be encouraged in your choices as you deal with others around you who do not know and understand the journey. May you continue steadfast in your post cleanse activities.

Your cleansing friend,

Ron
