I used to be sick once a month ... I would go to a doctor and he would prescribe medication.

I haven't been to a doctor, nor have I taken any drugs in 3 years. I don't expect that I will either ... ever again.

Level 4 was a nice cleanse. Having done all the work with the prior cleanses, it was clear that level 4 just built on the other programs... and was just the next step.

3 years ago when I started HPS, I wouldn't have thought that 7 days of water only fasting would be easy ... but what I see is that everything in life can be easy if you just take your time and don't push things.

The thing that I am working on now in my life is not being so excessive about things... In the past I have always been "all or nothing". When I do something, I would do it at 150% ... and eventually burn out.

I am finding that the fasting has been a great metiphor for life in terms of just setting intention ( I want to be vibrantly healthy) and then working methodicly, naturally, easily towards that intention.

When I discribe what is going on in my life now, I don't talk about my "health program" ... I don't talk about "fasting" ... these things are just a matter of fact. They are not novelities -- they are what I do. They feel natural. It is how I life now, and how I will live into the future ... and why I will be healthy for years to come.

Ah David. So nice to read your level 4 testimonial... it's just amazing how time flies by, I remember when you just started out on this path.

Was working on my computer just now, and a message came up saying my computer just got infected by some virus... my norton anti virus expired last week and i thought, heck, I'll save a few dollars and renew it only in a few months from now... well, when that message came up, I immediately went and renewed it right away.

Point is, prevention works. Prevention brings a simplicity into life. Imagine how much work and the number of hours it would have taken me if i just didn't have that anti virus and i got infected... Simply by taking preventative actions, my life stays simple, without hassles... and i think you got that too from HPS cleansing... the beauty here is not only prevention, that alone wouldn't do the trick, there needs to be a treat too, and the actual healing of present and past illnesses, that is so wonderful too. Combined with prevention, and well we have the tools towards an easier life on this planet.

I want to thank you for being part of HPS. You've contributed a lot to my life through our private correspondence.
