I used to be sick once a month ... I would go to a doctor and he would prescribe medication.

I haven't been to a doctor, nor have I taken any drugs in 3 years. I don't expect that I will either ... ever again.

7DW Level 4 Freedom Cleanse was a nice cleanse.

Having done all the work with the prior 7DW Freedom cleanses, it was clear that level 4 just built on the other programs... and was just the next step.

3 years ago when I started HPS, I wouldn't have thought that 7 days of water only fasting would be easy ... but what I see is that everything in life can be easy if you just take your time and don't push things.

The thing that I am working on now in my life is not being so excessive about things... In the past I have always been "all or nothing". When I do something, I would do it at 150% ... and eventually burn out.

I am finding that the fasting has been a great metiphor for life in terms of just setting intention ( I want to be vibrantly healthy) and then working methodicly, naturally, easily towards that intention.

When I discribe what is going on in my life now, I don't talk about my "health program" ... I don't talk about "fasting" ... these things are just a matter of fact. They are not novelities -- they are what I do. They feel natural. It is how I life now, and how I will live into the future ... and why I will be healthy for years to come.

Ah David. So nice to read your 7DW level 4 freedom cleanse testimonial... it's just amazing how time flies by, I remember when you just started out on this path.

Was working on my computer just now, and a message came up saying my computer just got infected by some virus... my norton anti virus expired last week and i thought, heck, I'll save a few dollars and renew it only in a few months from now... well, when that message came up, I immediately went and renewed it right away.

Point is, prevention works.
Prevention brings a simplicity into life.

Imagine how much work and the number of hours it would have taken me if i just didn't have that anti virus and i got infected... Simply by taking preventative actions, my life stays simple, without hassles... and i think you got that too from HPS Freedom cleansing... the beauty here is not only prevention, that alone wouldn't do the trick, there needs to be a treat too, and the actual healing of present and past illnesses, that is so wonderful too.
