Greetings Friends,

Just wanted to post my 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleanse level 4 testimonial since it’s way overdue.

Level 4 was a bit of a challenge for me especially the water only days, but as always well worth the effort. The discipline that is derived from this program is a tremendous asset in helping one in reclaiming there health and also knowing that you can surmount any challenges that may come on to your path.

I have had 2 very adventurous trips into the back country between my level 3 and level 4 cleanse. My own pilgrimage of sorts, and I would like to reiterate how much the cleansing process has helped me understand and enjoy the wilderness so much more than before.

On past trips it seemed harder and harder to get up the trail, but on recent ones I broke trail through a foot or better of fresh wet snow, 5-8 miles and felt better for it when I arrived at my destination. I also was able to enjoy the serenity of my surroundings so much better without the clatter of civilization banging around in my head. More than just cleansing of the intestines...

During the fall hiking trip my friend was rattling about so much that I had to pack up and go camp by myself on the other side of the lake for a couple of days.

Freedom Cleansing does that for you. After several 7 Day Wonder cleanses you will find that you don’t need all that much to live on. Life becomes simpler as your body becomes cleaner and freer from the life time of toxins that we either have put into ourselves or been exposed to.

If you are reading this and trying to decide about the program wait no longer and jump in. The sooner the better. The aches and pains, the allergies, the low energy levels, emotional stress and I venture to say some things that you may not know are there will arise and pass as the melting snow.

I do have a confession to make and I have put back on a bit of the weight I was so proud of losing, but I am tall and can carry a little extra, but also know where I’m best at, so as up you can see the journey continues.

After 4 levels I feel like I’ve barely scratched the tip of the proverbial iceberg, but I’m just as excited now about the program as I was when I first came upon the site 3 years ago. I know I have a lifetime of friendships here, and that we are all heading in the same direction. Sometimes we can get a little side tracked or even slip back a bit, but no worries just stay plugged in to the forums and before you know it, we (you) are back into the next cleanse.

I so admire your courage and skill that has you out hiking in the wilderness and can only but imagine at this stage how things must be out there with all your cleansing to date....I gather alot less baggage all round, enabling you to be more present to the beauty and wonder of nature....WOW.

That is just an awesome view, with an awesome representation of how you have benefitted with cleansing the hps way. I have enjoyed tremendously your views from these mountain tops and rooftops. Your presense has been a steady inspiration for me and for all of the members here. Your descriptions of what to expect from cleansing have also been pivotal in a way to help us know the benefits in store if we stick to it. Here's hoping for many new horizons and many years of sharing from what is really a simple practice that we can all gain from.

Amazing that after four levels you still feel like you've just scratched the tip of the iceberg!!!! This is truly a life changing program - not just some "technique" to learn. You set a "high bar" for us older HPS'ers to follow with your physical activities and energy. So glad we have the tools here to follow in your footsteps.

Thank you for letting us see that picture! The mountains are beautiful!

It always amazes me when you talk of your trips to the mountains! I especially enjoyed reading (at your personal site) about how when a storm appeared to be coming up in the mountains, you were able to make it up to the cabin where you were to stay (about an hour or so) before the younger climbers! It's amazing the energy that comes from a healthy body!!!
