With five cleanses under my belt I have five reasons for continued heath and happiness.

1. No more agitation with myself and others.

2. Calmness and peacefulness on being grounded with the present.

3. Aches, pains, and arthritic conditions gone.

4. Body weight leveled off and consistent.

5. Confidence and knowledge from the program that I have and hold the power for my own self-preservation.

Before I discovered HPS my weight was around 237 lbs. and my attitude was one of help!! I’m sinking.. I wasn’t happy with myself, my work, or living conditions. That was then and this is now.

Level 1 precleanse started to bring immediate change for me in the way of losing over 37 lbs.

Level 2 released copious amounts of parasites and chaff.

Level 3 brought to the surface and released emotional issues that were buried and dealt with.

Level 4 became a very familiar friend in continued dealing with all of the previous levels.

Master Faster level showed me that this is not the end of the journey but actually the foundation for the beginning of a lifetime of fasting and cleansing. ie. Confidence and knowledge....

The program for me has been one of the most exciting journeys of my life. I have gained many friends here online that share the same values for change, self preservation and love for humanity and the planet... Only by starting with ourselves can we hope to instill change in others for a cleaner and more peaceful environment.

Jos-hua and HPS has laid down a incredible amount of ground work for us to bring about change and happiness in our health that I never dreamed being possible. There are no quick fixes in life, but by continuing to follow the path laid out here, one can experience new highs and revelations never before realized.

Although as I have mentioned before I am feeling very grounded within the present, I am also very excited about being part of such a great community of cleansers and looking forward to what the future brings for myself as well as others....

I also look forward to meeting any of you that may be giving HPS a thought. Don’t hesitate now, reclaim your birthright to first class health and happiness and join us, the many who have done so, and who are so forward in sharing their experiences and joys with everyone else here at HPS....

Well, I have a big glass of freshly juiced pineapple juice in my hand right now (I'm doing my pre-cleansing) and I SALUTE YOU STEPHEN.

We have walked this cleansing and rejuvenation path together for the last two years and it has been great!!!!

I have enjoyed our 'virtual' friendship and I rejoice in all that you have accomplished.

If I would have asked you two years ago to write a testimonial in two years time after your first Master Faster, I doubt if you would have been able to wholeheartedly forecast the 5 items you did in this testimonial... so it just goes to show us, without expectations, following the program step by step level by level will lead us to places and spaces that we never could have imagined.

While reading this post, I was suddenly aware that Jos-hua's message of "just practice" is finally taking hold. I am feeling a calmness beginning to arise that is so, so welcome. I have realized that I have functioned for most of my life looking for that "quick fix" that would make "everything" better - a variation of the "grass is greener" mindset.

At this stage of the HPS journey, the practicing emphasis is apparently rooted and beginning to push through the surface of my mental awareness with a few small shoots of growth. Welcome to the sunlight, o shoots of awareness. Grow and be fruitful and add your bounty to the earth!

Similar to my comment above, Stephen, this statement now has a meaning beyond just the intellectual understanding it would have had for me after my L1 cleanse. Again, I can sense it's truth, and press on and in to fully apprehend it. Again the mindset and focus of journey, not destination. Thanks for taking the time to put together this testimonial. It is very powerful.
