Semi-Retired, Linda_P, Age 64, 7DW level 1- Juicing, Fasting, Home colonics, Colon cleanse. Testimonial .. THE BEST!
Hello All,
Well here I am ... finished with my 7DW formal colon cleansing, home colonics, fasting, juicing and into my 7DW post cleanse. Life has been extremely busy as usual and I never want that to end ... I love it! I am a little late with this thread because I needed the time (which was not available until today) to put all of my thoughts together. I believe in providence ... this 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleansing program one day appeared on my browser page. In the first 3 minutes reading I knew it was where I belonged and what came next proved to be right. I have read about cleansing / detox / fasting for years and said to myself "forget this! I could never do it" ... I even tried a fast for about 2 days once and gave it up. But this time reading what Jos-hua had to say about the step by step process I knew it was something I could manage. I was convinced enough to spring for the price and make the effort to be successful at it. After all who can put a price on your good health? Spurring me on was my lack of energy (being a health oriented person I had tried most everything) ... high blood pressure (medication going amounts going up all of the time) and generally feeling like crap. A state I HATE. My favorite quotes are "I don't have time to be sick." and "If I just felt better my life would be perfect." Well what can I say? Well how about this 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleansing program made my life perfect. Let me start by saying THE PROGRAM IS GREAT! ... Jos-hua has made it so simple. I eased into the 7DW Freedom cleanse making baby steps (the step by step is key) ... pretty soon I found myself saying "wow this is so neat ... I can do this". The communications and support from the group is the best. We quickly become a family of friends. Everyone shares their experience (which is helpful beyond belief). It's like having your own group of personal trainers encouraging you to make it and take the next steps. So important! So what happened to me? Where do I begin? As soon as I got my introduction I quit everything "cold turkey" (which almost gave my doctor a stroke) ... no more blood pressure meds ... no more vitamins. By the second day I was already having more energy which spurred me on ... not to mention the light headed dizzy feeling I had been suffering from (and spent a couple thousand dollars to have doctors tell me they did not know the cause) was gone. Gosh might it have been a side effect of my BP meds? Doctor says no ... I don't believe him. By day 3 I had dropped 5 lbs and by the end of the week it was a total of 10 and my ankles were not swelling no matter how much sitting I did. I went into my formal cleanse so excited ... by now I felt great and knew if nothing else occurred that was better ... that this whole process was well worth the time, energy and money spent. Well what can I say other than I just felt better with each day. Part of that good feeling was because I knew I could do it. With the encouragement of Jos-hua and the group I DID IT! Now I am in the 7DW post-cleanse state. I am on the mend. Nothing is totally fixed over night (in this case 20 days) ... but my mind apparently does not know that because I feel soooo good. What do I know has changed? My BP is now normal. I have cut out all sugar, including chocolate (I have not totally wiped chocolate off my list forever but for now its ok) My energy level remains high and because of that my people world is happier ... isn't it funny how when you feel good it rubs off on others? The 10 lbs stayed off so far and I imagine with all of the fresh juice, fresh veggies, brown rice and very little meat I will probably lose a few more over time. What am I more mindful of now? I need to stop every now and then to smell the roses ... it is amazing how much we see if we just take a moment to notice. Looking into the eyes of others and actually focusing on what they are talking about ... wow its surprising at how they know when you are really paying attention. What a nice reaction you get in return ... kind of like a silent thank you for taking a moment to really hear me. APPRECIATING my wonderful blessed life rather than just living it day to day. I find it interesting how easily I have fallen into taking for granted what I have been abundantly been given in life. This 7-Day Wonder colon cleansing, home colonics, fasting, juicing program has caused me to stop and focus on so many things I had not paid attention to for a very long time. It is like starting over with a brand new life ... only you have all of the tools you have accumulated over the years and suddenly are starting to learn how to use them properly. What do I still need to do better?A LOT! I am terrible at getting into a pattern of exercise ... I hate it! But I have promised myself to start doing more yoga (signing up for the gym today for a full year ... they offer both yoga and pilates not to mention the great steam room) ... not to mention so much more that I know I do not have the will/discipline to use. I am still not drinking all of the water I should and not eating on schedule (to much fun stuff {though frustrating/stressful at times) to do). I am planning on trying my hand at an organic garden of my own ... I see that a few of the other 7DW members are doing it with such success. I have a black thumb but maybe that will change. I hate throwing all of this vegetable and fruit pulp in the garbage ... maybe its better suited to a composter and the garden later? The new distiller arrived a couple of weeks ago ... I have no space to place it or water supply to hook it up ... so until then I am still using bottled distilled and the new guy is sitting on the floor in the entry hall. Everything in good time. In conclusion ... this is just the beginning ... it is only the first phase. It is 1000 times better than where I was a month ago. My goodness and I am in the post part of phase one. Thank you one and all for your great support it makes a challange so much easier Love and light to all, Linda_P |

Quote:
Thanks for posting this testimonial Linda... this brings closure to a very important stage in the 7-Day Wonder Freedom Cleansing program, that being the introduction, pre-cleansing and formal cleansing stage... and from the above I see you have benefits on a few dimensions... I rejoice in your rejoicing. I especially rejoice in the part of this testimonial that I quoted above... it is very powerful what you wrote there. It is very true, and very from the heart, and it is a powerful step on your 7DW healing and rejuvenation path... so again, I rejoice in your rejoicing. You are not alone here.... we all are on this same 7DW cleansing, healing, rejuvenation and prevention path, and our cooperation together enhances the journey we all are on... that being taking personal responsibility for our own well being. You have contributed manifold to everyones 7dw freedom cleansing and renewal here, mine too, so I thank you again and look forward to working with you over the coming weeks and months... my agenda is one, has been one, and still is one- to show people how to get onto this path, and then to show them how to stay on it. That benefits them for a lifetime. Each and everyone of us has to walk it individually, but I sure am glad to be meeting up daily with everyone who walks it here. I wish you all the best, here with you, for you. Check the you tube-HPS video's Love and light, Peace, Your cleansing friend, jos-hua |

Re: Semi-Retired, Linda_P, Age 64, 7DW level 1, Testimonial .. THE BEST!
Linda,
On a possibly more mundane level, I find it incredible that in one7-Day Wonder freedom cleanse you've gone from needing BP meds to having a normal BP. Just chucking the doctors' sage advice and following your intuition...and guess what? and who knew? you were right, they were wrong, and in a short space of time you've staged a number of tremendous coups in recovering your health. Do you get a sense yet of what else is possible? I am so happy to see such wonderful results for you at this stage. But there is still so much to be done. And what a wonderful thing that is. Rick |

Re: Semi-Retired, Linda_P, Age 64, 7DW level 1, Testimonial .. THE BEST!
Linda,
Congratulations on all that you have "achieved" (or rather experienced since you didn't and couldn't have planned in advance just what would happen on your 7Day Wonder L1 - none of us can. Nor on 7DW L2, L3, L4, or all that follow as 7DW Master for that matter). Believe me when I say, if you found 7 Day Wonder 7-Day Wonder colon cleansing, home colonics, fasting, juicing L1 fantastic, double that for 7DW Level 2, and then tripple for 7DW L3!! Yes, this process provides what it says it will and then adds bushels and bushels of more at "no extra charge". Stay engaged and share your knowledge, enthusiasm, and encouragement with the rest of us at all the various stages of this grand health and life journey. A motley crew we may be, but there is a sparkle in our eyes and a new spring in our step -thanks to the efforts, determination and long hours spent by Jos-hua to make this all possible. F.Y.I., 7 Day Wonder L2 will introduce you to a few Yoga exercises that are absolutely awesome. I, too, have never been much for physical exercise, but I'm hooked on the ones from L2 because, guess what!! They work!!!! I can feel my body responding even before I have completed the full set. Yeehaaaa! Glad you're here, and stay engaged!! Ron |

Linda - congratulations, bravo, and well-done! Your energy is just bounding off the post.
The recovery of your health, the elimination of sugar, the release (and good riddance!) of your BP meds - what HUGE blessings to reap from a first 7DW cleanse. I also acknowledge your intuition about what was causing those dizzy spells. You are clearly connected to your body and hear its messages. Thank you for showing up so fully in your life and at the HPS support group. We are blessed by your presence!

Re: Semi-Retired, Linda_P, Age 64, 7DW level 1, Testimonial .. THE BEST!
Hi All,
Thank you each and every one for your sweet words of encouragement to all who travel this path. A special thank you for the encouragement to my travel ... Jos-hua, Dawn, Tsang, Alan. Richard_D ... "doctors sage advice" ... you know he has a "license to practice" ... I noticed that part immediately ... not quite sure I was born to be a guinea pig ... lol Jos-hua says we must be responsible ... I want to be careful about what I am saying yes to when they offer their sage advice. Ronald_H ... yoga in 7DW L2 ... wow that is great. I have to tell you thinking about the rest of the 7DW Freedom program being as great as the first part certainly makes one want to run to the next leg of this journey. I am finding one of the more difficult things is to push the daily grind into the background so it does not interfere with coming here. So what can I say but "oh oh another little test foisted my way". Staying connected to this board in my opinion is probably the most important part of this journey. I would have thought coming into this process that the food, exercise etc. was going to be the real struggle. Well for me it is the allocation of my time. It is my belief and understanding that we get out of life what we are willing to put into it. So that goes for this program too. So the knowledge is knowing I need to be here watching, and supporting my brothers and sisters in this journey. It becomes wisdom when I can easily live/wear that process. For the class A workaholic (yes I will no doubt ever be working on that until I take my last breath) that is the challenge. It seems I am ever bombarded with things that appear to be crisis. Appear is the operative word. At least I have learned that not revving to what appears to be a crisis diminishes it in size in about 10 seconds. Have you ever really paid attention how long 10 seconds really is when you pay attention? So I have learned to apply what I call the "10 seconds rule". It is interesting to watch the expression on the faces of people when you wait 10 seconds to respond to their questions or comments. It is amazing at what good sound responses you can come up with I have also learned that those many 10 seconds a day save me a lot of fragmented running around really getting nothing accomplished. When the computer all of a sudden refuses to connect to the internet (which has occurred a number of times of late) I know its time to shut it off and do something else rather than spend several hours trying to fix some gremlin that decided to yank a plug somewhere (did I mention my computer system periodically is commandeered by these invisible munchkins?). Now if I could just coax these hidden ones to hold the refrig. door shut when I am intent on looking for cheesecake we would finally be working as a team. Anyway staying her and being connected is what I have decided is necessary ... so I will be doing my best at that. Well I hear a hammer banging away in the background ... time to check and make sure the wrong wall is not being knocked down or a load bearing support is not being breeched. The second most important thing to conclude in my life of late will be when this renovation is DONE! Love and light to all, Linda |

Linda P.,
I'm so excited about what you have accomplished already on this 7-Day Wonder colon cleansing, home colonics, fasting, juicing program! You made a comment 'how your people world is happier now' --Yes! This is what I so want! The goodwill that is in my heart to do for others, especially those around me is not matched by my body's abilities, and now even my mind struggles to stay fully present-- low energy is such a big problem. But your words are so encouraging and your enthusiasm contagious. I'll look forward to reading more about your journey especially since I'm getting ready to embark on my own. Thank you BTW for your encouraging words in response to my 7DW intro. bountiful blessings to you, Sharley S. |

Linda, Congratulations on achieving so many things in your first 7 Day Wonder freedomcleansing. I am always encouraged to read about renewed energy and how it flows into your day to day interaction. Your quote above about always having the tools but never using them is a good analogy and makes me really eager to get started with my own cleanse. One thing I like about the 7DW program which is good is the fact that Jos-hua encourages us to keep posting even though we've completed the program. Often times I'll take a course and after the course is completed I do not practice what I've learned. It's different here!! |

Hi Linda,
Very inspirational testimonial/ review. You are "raising the bar" for this forum and it has been a pleasure being on the same path with you. Although I haven't been able to check in as often lately, I have read many of your posts and wish you many a success as you take it to the next level. |

Re: Semi-Retired, Linda_P, Age 64, 7DW level 1, Testimonial .. THE BEST!
Hi Everyone,
Well here I am at almost 6 am .... this is usually the time I have been asleep for 2 hours. I have been a night person for most of my life so going to bed at 1 am instead of 4 am is a first in a very long time. Since I retired from my day job (which incidentally started at 8 pm in the evening) ... I have not set an alarm to get up. What is there about hating to get up to an alarm? My internal clock seems to be doing its own thing and "boing" I am wide awake. This internal clock thing is of great interest to me because I am not the only one that is aware of it. My kittens and the grown guys are also aware of it. I will be in bed surrounded by a bunch of furry bodies. The moment I am fully awake ... suddenly I am also surrounded by a chore of purrs. I have for some time wondered how they know when your mind wakes up. I have not moved in bed. I have not opened my eyes. Before the kittens my quite elderly cat would sleep on my feet ... when I would become conscious she would walk up my body ... sit on my chest and gently tap my nose. When I opened my eyes she would be looking into my face. She would NEVER just wake me up early. What is with that? Clearly they have some sense that we do not either possess or at least have not developed. To add to the cat thought what the heck is there about a cat purrrrrr that many people find so soothing? Because they are happy or contented and passing it on to their human friends? Science does not know how a cat purrs ... can you imagine that? We can put a man on the moon but we do not know how a cat purrs. I find that amazing. For the last few days of this renovation I have not been sleeping in my bedroom so no kittens. Apparently they DO NOT sleep if I am not in there. The bedroom, my office and bath looked like a bomb was set off in there. Someone went on a hunting expedition and KILLED the roll of toilet paper. I kid you not one or all took turns shredding the Charmin into confetti size pieces. There was one large wad under the tissue holder which they made a bed out of (found them there snoozing in a pile ... nothing cuter than a pile of kittens napping together) and the rest of the roll strung all over in tiny pieces. I had to laugh. Martin_J and Stephen_C you guys set the tone for the rest of us who followed so thank you for being the inspiration that spurred the newbies on. It is so beneficial to pick up the gauntlet and add to the whole. I find that it only takes a few minutes and it so sets a positive tone to my day. It kind of starts my day out with a hummmm rather than a chug chug which never gains full momentum. Now is that strange? ... lol Yvonne_B ... yes Jos-hua is right when he advises us to keep in touch. But like most people I had to really learn and experience that for myself. I call it when the "knowledge becomes wisdom syndrome". You know the drill? ... someone tells you something and in your head you are going yeah yeah ... later down the road you suddenly wake up and experience and wear what you were told ... the "yessssss I get it" routine. I think we all have to hit our own stride in any process we take on. Its something no one else can TELL you how to do. For me I had to realize how much I really liked the connection here ... for some "very interesting to me" reason it made my day flow along smoother. One day in the future when I have more time to consider it all ... I will figure out "what is with that" ... lol Sharley_S ... I joined this group with ONE real hope in mind ... MORE ENERGY. That to me is a real attention getter. When my energy drops my day is totally screwed. For about 3 years my energy has totally sucked. I have tried virtually everything healthy to remedy that. NOTHING helped for any length of time. I was to the point I could not remember from the living room to the kitchen what I was headed there for ... I would get up in the morning and in an hour be drop dead tired (but because my mind never turned off) I struggled to stay focused on the projects of the day. I was seldom sick really (unless you call sick and tired of being tired ... sick). I remember about a year ago telling a friend I was so tired I thought I might simply drop dead of fatigue. I was almost to tired to even breath. Are you getting the picture here? Energy loss for me is the real attention getter. I was on a serious quest to remedy that situation and tried many things. The day I collided with this site it only took a while reading and I instinctively knew I was on to something that was worthwhile. That instinct proved to be dead on correct. Like you I was so excited to get started. Because there were delays with my board and my cleanse kit I got a later start than I hoped but that was fine because there is lots to learn. I started my own pre-pre cleanse just for practice (following the food combining ... adding brown rice and lots of veggies ... salads). Now my energy is back ... I hate the thought that I would ever return to where I was before I started this program. If I had not experienced this for myself I probably would not believe it. It is a path each of us has to walk before we really know. Each body is a little different. So each of us gets something a little different out of the program ... but in the end if we each just keep stepping along we will ALL be successful in achieving the goal of excellent health and energy. Well that's it for the moment ... I am off to a paint bucket ... a deadline awaits. Love and light my friends ... what can I say but close your eyes and simply continue to place one foot in front of the other and we will one day arrive Linda |

Linda dearest, This HPS-online.com 7-Day Wonder Freedom cleansing program is not THE BEST (as you titled your testimonial), but rather you are THE BEST... When you devote yourself to your 7DW cleansing and renewal, follow instructions, cooperate, sharing out of a space of loving kindness and compassion, stay aware and mindful, and stay engaged, YOU WIN AND YOU ARE THE BEST YOU CAN BE. ... and I rejoice in your rejoicing. Re energy, please remember, it is not an event, it is an ongoing process... in 7DW level 2 and 3 we will raise the bar quite a bit... well, more on that in a few months from now. Peace sister,

Re: Semi-Retired, Linda_P, Age 64, 7DW level 1, Testimonial .. THE BEST!
Hello everyone,
Thank you one and all for your comments. Jos-hua ... you are right we have to stay the path for that I AM responsible ... but without HPS 7-Day Wonder Freedom Cleansing there would be no path to stay ... for that you are responsible ... so thank you, thank you and more future thank yous ... lolHey Tracy ... one of the most valuable things that seems to have whapped me on the forehead is "EVERYTHING will still be there tomorrow" I can not tell you how many times a day I seem to be saying to myself "no need to frustrate or hurry over this IT WILL WAIT". IT WILL WAIT ... how many times have I leaped upon a soap box to tell the world just that? And how many times have I simply forgot about it myself? How about hourly A classic example of "practice what you preach" here I am afraid.Well it is now finally sinking in ... I AM RETIRED (well sort of ... no longer working to make a living) ... I only have to do work I really want to do. So that means I start my practice again after the new year. Boy is there a difference in the psychology of working when you HAVE to do it to pay the rent, car payment or for food ... opposed to working just because you want to and enjoy what you do. Retirement has been a real adjustment for me. Believe it or not going from having a 24 hour day that you cram 48 hours of work into to a 24 hour day that you HAVE to cram nothing into is quite a shock ... at least for me it was. On occasion I have to fight guilt for simply doing nothing but taking a walk or standing in the yard and watching the little red squirrel run up and down the pine tree gathering and hiding nuts. Whoever thought up multi-tasking and taught it to me should be shot. Boy did I learn and perform that well. Now I am having to unlearn it ... it's not that easy. I am beginning to realize multi-tasking is simply doing 2 jobs poorly because neither gets your full needed attention. WOW what an inspiration huh? Well the latest in the my health saga was last Sunday. I have a new HP photosmart and decided to hook it up. I simply bent over to hook the USB cable to the back of the unit and heard a snap. A pain shot from the lower back to the back of my knee and down to my ankle. That brought forth an AHHHHGGGG followed by some not very nice words. All of this was aggravated by the previous call to HP tech service on which I waited for the tech (55 mins) to research and tell me my new printer "bluetooth" connection would not work without another $55 HP part. That would not have been so bad if the HP person who sold me on the printer had not already told me my Targus part WOULD WORK. Well with all of this aggravation, confusion and waiting all of a sudden my body screamed WAIT A MINUTE! SNAP! Ah Ha so that's how it works? I have now been laid up on the sofa (you will all be proud ... no pain killers ... just pain ... boy if there is anything good about pain ... it lets you know what NOT to do) all day, every day applying heat, infrared light and no movement unless absolutely necessary. Finally today it is better ... at least better enough to get on the computer and zip off a few messages on the threads and add a bit on my own. EVERYTHING has come to a screeching halt. No painting, no renovation just rest. Gosh do you think this cosmic 2 by 4 to the temple (or in this case right butt cheek) is telling me to slow down further? Well whatever the message ... I AM! Love and light all, Linda |

Re: Semi-Retired, Linda_P, Age 64, 7DW level 1, Testimonial .. THE BEST!
Hi Janaka and Tracy .. thank you for your kind words and thoughts. Tracy a helper ... what a sweet thought. Thank you.
Janaka ... I heard the same thing about chocolate. As a kid I use to eat the stuff used for baking (no sugar added) now that is addicted ... lol How I ever ate unsweetened chocolate and learned to dislike coffee because it was bitter I will never know ... kinda shows the draw chocolate has for some of us. Perhaps the same can be said for coffe huh? I consider this back glitch a discipline ... just one more thing telling me its okay to slow down. I have to wonder where on earth I learned EVERYTHING must get finished yesterday. Somehow if I learned it so did a lot of other people. How much of life have I speeded past not even noticing it was there. Worse how much have I missed? I am somewhat shy about exploring the fact that part of what I missed might have been pretty important. Well only one thing to do ... start over from here. I look at it this way ... I am fresh and clean. I have just experienced a total overhaul ... so now my challenge is to get a new routine (apparently with this bad back rest is an important part of it all). Somehow after my formal and into my post I have lost a routine ... I am not sure how or why. My body is not giving me signals of hunger so when I come to dinner time may have slipped to 8 pm instead of 6 ... breakfast may not come until noon. It's time to set the timer again and get on a schedule and routine ... but I am having such a great time being fragmented and not caring one bit ... does any of that make sense? Love and light to all, Linda |

Linda, yes, pretty normal to oscillate between discipline and routine and then feeling a need to drop it all. I can relate to that.
I believe that if we just watch the process, treat ourselves gently and get back to the routines, that each time we do that we make progress toward a more fulfilling life. ![]() |

Linda, you have got fantastic results!
Funny, before reading Jos-hua's comments on "best", I was thinking about the same thing - no program is best, only people are. After all, we are not about selling/buying products, instead, we try to live healthier. If HPS is best, it is because the people being part of it and helping each other. The rest is just (excellent) knowledge, but without helpful people around, most would let that knowledge to dust! I certainly would... I loved reading about your kittens ![]() |

Re: Semi-Retired, Linda_P, Age 64, 7DW level 1, Testimonial .. THE BEST!
Hi Everyone,
Thanks for your support guys ... its appreciated. Janaka ... gosh I can not tell you how hard this routine thing is for me. I don't know if its because I am retired and suppose to have all the time in the world or what. It seems time is going so fast. I was doing a simple routine yesterday that in the past I could do in an hour ... it took me about 3 ... it feels like someone has their finger on the clock dial and is spinning it at triple time. WHAT IS WITH THAT? Anyway I am struggling with it and so far not winning at all. Adrian ... I had not thought about the "best" thing either. But I have to agree that without co-operation from us everything in life could be kinda bum. My kittens ... oh my gosh what a blessing these little guys are. I thought I was cat maxed out ... they seem to find me and know I will not turn them away. In this case my daughter called and said the kids found 3 orphans (momma was dead) they were still so tiny I decided to be temporary mom. Right! Suddenly I had a million reasons why they HAD to stay here ... when my husband who is always yelling "we cant have any more cats" looked at the furry munchkin babies and said "Well what's 3 more kittens" ... that sealed the deal. They are bigger now and every day is an adventure for them. They romp and play with one another. I just sit and watch them and they make me smile. Last Monday my daughter and grandson came to visit ... all of a sudden I heard a ruckus coming from the bathroom. I went to investigate and what did I find? Those 3 kittens in the toilet bowl. The calico (Muffy) had all 4 feet in the bowl ... water up to her little belly ... the gray and white (Velvet) was in there with 2 front feet splashing water all over the walls and floor ... the tiger (Tigs) was perched on the edge helping the splashing routine. Apparently they don't have a clue that cats don't usually like the water. ![]() I lost my kodak moment when they saw me ... I dashed for the camera and when I returned Velvet was heading for me while the other 2 decided to return to the swimming pool. My grandson used the "john" and failed to put the seat down on finishing. Stephen ... does ones back ever get better? I am trying to look at it from the perspective of all of the toxins have settled in that area and so it is more weak than usual. This time it is not getting better in a day or 2. Since I believe everything we do has a lesson behind it I have been thrust into facing clearly this is the universe (and whoever controls it ... in my case God) telling me to readjust my concept of what needs to be done in my world. Again I am failing. My body is screaming "you better sit still here &%$#* and relax or we are going to seriously hurt you" ... now that message is loud and clear! While my mind is telling me how much NEEDS TO GET DONE NOW! Its kind of funny to listen to a grown woman of 64 trying to negotiate a peace treaty between mind and body. I can actually close my eyes and see these 2 factions warring ... both with fists raised shouting I will win ... while I am losing. I have decided my kick ass approach has not worked so far ... today I change to a coaxing one another to love instead of war. Meanwhile the stress and strain has given me a terrible headache and allergy attack. How is that for a healing crisis? I am shortly headed for the kitchen to start a juice and cultured veggie day. Speaking of food. My yogurt (now into the 6th batch) is wonderful ... what a treat. I just eat it plain ... no fruit or sweetener at all. My last batch I left in the maker 3 hours to long and it got a bit tart ... still delicious. I have found with 7 hours its just perfect ... mellow and delicious. I am on my 4th or 5th batch of cultured Veggies. I love those too. The last batch I made with shredded carrots, cabbage, broccoli, a few sprigs of dill weed, and chopped garlic. I doubled the batch this time and it turned out wonderful. I resisted tossing the batch because a little mold grew at the top edge (we are so use to being told stuff is no good if there is a bit of mold on it ... in the case of this kraut stuff its kind of a normal thing). When it got finished making yesterday ... I sat down and just ate about a cup of it plain like a snack ... it was soooo good. Still have not tried the sprout thing but all equipment and sprout seeds are here. Maybe if I starve my body it will be more co-operative at getting better? Now that's a thought. I am sorry for not getting to everyone else's thread ... but sitting on the computer chair is not a good thing right now ... so I will catch up later. Love and light to all, Linda |

Linda, well I'll find out in a couple of years when I will be at least semi-retired. Maybe you are touching into more of a “here and now consciousness.” When you do that it can seem like there is no time and yet the clock shows a lot of time has passed!
