Hi everyone,

Well, another 7DW freedom cleanse is in the books... and its time to look back and take stock...

My 7DW level 3 freedom cleanse was a huge success on many accounts... of course there were the elimations, and the liver flush eliminations... but beyond just the physical accomplishments is the sense of well-being and control over my health that this 7DW freedom cleanse has brought me. It has not been until this cleanse that I have really felt like my goals were in sight and attainable... now I can see more clearly the path ahead of me and continue on in confidence and faith.

One of the things I've been reflecting on lately is how people often get into a rut in life - they find themselves in a job or a relationship or a home that does not serve them well and they get 'stuck' there for 3, 5 or maybe even 10 years, all the while it is having a negative impact on their health. A wonderful benefit of cleansing is that when you do a 7-DAY WONDER cleanse it has such a powerful impact on the vibration of your being that life changes are very likely to take place... and in many cases they are immediate and unavoidable (and one would think they are usually for the better). I have experienced this each of my three 7DW cleanses and I am very grateful for the kickstart that each one has given me... I can't even imagine how I would be doing if I was still stuck at my old job and the old house I was living in... it wouldn't be a pretty picture. But fortunately, through cleansing and in combination with a few other character strengthening practices, I have made a great many changes over the past year and I can honestly say that my life is soooo much better now... on all fronts: health, relationships, work, etc, etc.

In regards to health specifically, I now feel much more in control of things. I'm begining to get to know my body like we should be able to... sensing its rythms and patterns and especially the energy flow in the body - keeping energy flowing is so very important - it is the key to good health. I have been able to drop many habits that were not serving me well and in general I know that I am progressing toward a more healthy and sustainable lifestyle with each 7DW cleanse that I do. Of course, there are still things to work on; there are still things I intend to do (or intend not to do) that need to be done. But just the fact that my intention is there gives me the confidence that it can happen. Where there is intention combined with focus, life finds a way. Cleansing is a life long journey of growth and evolvement.... it is also just a simple matter of regular maintenance of the body... something which so many people out there just do not understand. For both of these things, I am extremely grateful.

Your ruts remind me of Alan_A's "rhythmic grooves and comfort". We all get comfortable with the known and the familiar. As you note, cleansing definitely breaks up the routine and the system environment so that we have to take notice and make some decisions. At that point, our intentions regarding our life journey become key.

I definitely add my vote for focus to yours. Focus also allows us to conserve and use our physical energy wisely. An unfocused life burns up energy both mental and emotional. I know, that's where I've been and what I've experienced for a good part of this year!!!

After the focus is achieved I would suggest we have to move to action or nothing still will happen and we will simply be focused in our ruts!

So powerful that you have been able to recognize and take advantage of the changes that cleansing has brought to your attention through the first three levels. Isn't it awesome that we are developing tools and knowledge that will enable us to navigate life much more intentionally and intelligently from this point forward???

I rejoice with you that you are already able to say that your life has improved significantly through your HPS journey so far - and there is still more to come! The best just gets better. See you on the continuing journey of post-cleanse as we round the turn and head for L4!

Thanks for an inspiring recap. It never ceases to amaze me how cleansing can affect one on so many levels - mind, body and spirit. This is truly a holistic program!

I am very impatient to do my first formal cleanse later this month. However, I'm already thinking about future 7DW cleanses as I realize that cleansing should be a journey, not a destination.

I'm glad that you recognized and have followed through on the HPS program, on this step by step approach and I rejoice that the above insights have been realized through this program. I'm really glad you understand this now... a few months ago, before you started out down this HPS 7-Day Wonder Freedom cleansing path this wasn't clear to you at all, maybe an intuition, but not clear and realized...

Powerful insights, Colin. Thanks for sharing them. I admire so much the way you seem to accept and flow with the changes in your life.

I'm looking forward to this year and hoping to see even more positive evolution in thinking and living. It sounds like Level 3 is a deeper experience along the mental/emotional/spiritual lines.

Also, the pics you posted tell a very dramatic story on the physical level.
