I completed my level 1 cleanse on Jan 7, 2006.

When I found HPS, I was at a low well-being point in my life, suffering from low energy, low motivation, irritability...and I couldn't shake any of it through conventional means. I knew I needed something big but didn't know what exactly, and then I stumbled 'accidentally' (there are no accidents, btw) on the HPS website.

The various articles about food combining and cleansing resonated something with me and I knew this was what I had been looking for. I know some people feel hesitant about doing the cleanse - or any fast or cleanse for that matter, but I didn't and ordered it right away.

Cleansing thru HPS has been everything I had hoped for and more than I ever expected.

The amount of information and contact is exceptional - you are never left to figure it out on your own for a moment. Every step and procedure is fully explained both in theory and practice. Jos-hua is in constant contact thru the Netwonder mails and the forums.

The support of fellow cleansers is extraordinary!

People follow your progress and cheer you on every day and at every step.

All questions are answered, and people generously share insights and information you'd never get without the forums. Following others' experiences is invaluable as well as enjoyable. The forums really keep you engaged in your cleanse and those of others.

As for my results, well, even with my less-than-perfect execution of the cleanse, my health and well-being have done a 180 degree change. My awareness of how to live mindfully has increased phenomenally, and I am looking at the new year 2006 with new eyes.

I look forward to doing the next cleanse in 2 months - so many changes have occurred that I am committed to fully transforming my health through cleansing and mindful self-care.

An example of the results I've received so far is that during the cleanse, I lost 8 pounds.

It wasn't 8 lbs of fat, but of impacted waste from my colon and intestine.

By the third day, I woke up without feeling like I had a brick in my gut for the first time in years. I rid my system of a large white parasite - the site of which I will never forget. During the fast itself, I felt calm and compassionate - even my son said I was in a much better mood! He's one who aught to know.

I don't think this cleanse would have been nearly as effective without the huge amount of support of the Netwonder emails and the input from the HPS members on the forum. It has made all the difference.

If you are considering doing something to drastically improve not only your health but your wellbeing, then I recommend the HPS cleanse without hesitation.

I and others can wax poetic til the cows come home, but nothing can take the place of doing this for yourself. The results will be not only the predictable, but the unexpected as well.

It's good you feel better after the cleanse, and, more importantly, have a positive trend. Still... the post-cleanse when self-awareness is important, because it helps (actually not helps, but enables!) make changes, and I'm pretty sure you want positive changes!

I just finished reading your formal thread a few minutes ago. Great job! It's a rare feeling of accomplishment when you get rid of so much unwanted, hitherto unsuspected junk. Somehow you just know that there's more to come, great things around the corner. Stick with the post-cleanse and come back on time for Level 2 and you'll see how very much more there is.
