Where to begin? . . . ah yes, at the beginning . . . and the end . . .

In the beginning
This 7-Day Wonder Freedom Cleanse started out incredibly uplifting.

The reading materials suggested by Jos-hua, and the support I received on the boards/ forums, created a nice cocoon of loving inspiration for cleaning out my body, mind, and energy field.

The immediate results
At the end of the 7DW cleanse, people everywhere in my life - from work, to friends, to school - were hugely curious about the level of physical transformation. I lost about 30 pounds in 7 Day Wonder level 1 freedom cleanse, but the last 14 or so pounds that came off with 7DW Level 2 included some old ways of thinking and feeling (parasites of a different sort). Not only did my physical structure change (my legs are situated under my hips differently and I actually walk and sit more erect now), but my mental and energetic fields have been cleared of a lot of old debris.

Since 7DW Level 2, I have had more people than ever ask me how I did it -- so I send them the link to HPS.

In addition to this deeper level of health, vitality, and freedom, a much larger awareness of who I am has unfolded.

My unconscious thoughts, patterns, and behaviors are coming into my conscious mind to be examined and replaced with something more nourishing and uplifting.

I can also see that this is truly the beginning of my path.

The more I learn about cleansing my body, mind, emotions/energy, the more I become aware of the vastness of this process -- which is why the HPS-online support boards/forums are critical to me.

Without the experience, example, and loving support of other people farther down this path, I would be overwhelmed by the enormity of the work to be done in nurturing myself to a harmonious and balanced state of health on all levels.

Whenever I've felt confused and frustrated at my own resistance to taking healthy actions in relation to food or activity, I come to the boards and read other people's posts - then I see that I'm not alone in my struggles to change.

And encouraging others to reach for their potential, to stand in their strength, and be loving with themselves through this journey of learning reminds me to offer the same compassion and support to myself.

My gratitude for HPS and all the gifts it has brought into my life (and the lives of my family, friends, and community) grows with each level I commit to and experience.

I had more fun reading this testimonial than I imagined I would I guess because it confirms that without a doubt a step-by-step approach allows cleansing to be a lot more rewarding than what most people imagine it could be.

I remember finding your level 1 testimonial fantastic because it focused primarily on the physical benefits of cleansing here at HPS-ONLINE.

It's so super to see how the focus of this latest cleansing, your level 2 testimonial, isn't just anymore on the physical benefits or on the techniques, strategies, methods or whatever BUT on you and how settling into the cleansing and rejuvenation journey here has enhanced your life.

It's clear you now feel comfortable with the procedures taught and practiced here at HPS cleansing- the fasting, the colon cleansing, the juicing and the home colonics.

Human life is so very precious, but very few people actually see it in that light. Most just take it for granted, and most assume that they are what they are.

Billions of people are like walking corpses- they breath, eat, sleep, work and play but how many really expand their existence both physically, energetically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually beyond their shell?

I can see that "expansion and spaciousness" is happening here with you and I rejoice in your rejoicing.

As many have said throughout our community, your presence here is valuable to all of us. Your consistent and continuous love, sharing, engagement and openness has not only benefited you, but many other here, so thanks.

And let me just echo as best I can the comments of others here. I love even the way you break down your testimonial into easily-comprehended sections that take us in easy steps from the past through all that has come since then. Physical restructuring, also a very intriguing possibility. I've found my posture improving over time, but what you describe happening with your hips and legs really puts a different light on matters that I hadn't previously considered.

Jos-hua your insights are very accurate, and you intuitively read between the lines on how I am feeling/experiencing being. Namaste, my friend.

Courtney, a lot of people are now doing food combining in my sphere - both in my circle of friends and at work. A couple of people are trying some milder forms of cleansing, mainly through supplements, teas, etc. I'm still waiting to see when/who is going to sign up for HPS and really go for their deepest level of healing. But I have complete faith it will happen. Because the results are speaking loud and clear - not just the weight loss, greater energy, etc., but also my ability to keep moving forward with positive changes. The Support Boards really keep me in my forward motion. And until people commit to that, their results will be transitory, which is what I've seen in my friends who have tried to do it without going through the HPS program. They just fall back into their old patterns and addictions.

I'm hoping that my mate and partner, Wade, will be the first to go for it. He's finishing up a graduate program and will complete in August. I have a very strong feeling that this fall he will try HPS Level 1 based on some of the comments he's made over the past two months. I'm very excited by the possibility because I know what an amazing gift he will be giving himself.
