The 7-Day Wonder Level 2 cleanse reinforced the gains I made in the 7DW Level 1 (banishment of chronic fatigue, clearer skin).

I'm being swept along to increasing health and happiness by the totality of HPS (pure foods, colonics, books, online community and greater spirituality). This is a current that I don't want to fight! Excellent health is worth the effort.

My eating habits are such that I crave raw fruits and veggies. On a recent business trip I ate lots of veggie burritos because raw food was not always available. That's probably why I got a cold. But the curious part was when I ate dead (cooked) food my nose ran and when I ate live food my runny nose stopped! I was like a laboratory guinea pig and got immediate feedback on how my body liked or didn't like food. That ties in with my increased sense of spirituality. All my senses are heightened.

How wonderful "all your senses are heightened". Isn't it wonderful to be able to listen to the signs your body gives you? That aspect will get better and better as you continue on the journey. That is one aspect of 7DW cleansing I have learned to appreciate the most, learning to listen.

Hey Gary,

Yes, directly after a cleanse your body is more finely tuned to respond to what you eat. Try to follow its suggestions the best you can; after a while, if you don't listen, the signals will stop coming.

Hey Gary,

I too second the congrats on awareness. I know the values of raw and was into it before I moved from NYC here. I do eat lots of fresh veggies and since a child my body has always craved the veggies and salad part of meals more that anything.

I am a protein eater however. Though moving ever so in the other direction.

Congratulations on having 2 successful cleanses. It is good to see that the conscious effort needed to eat better and feel healthier at Level 1 becomes an automatic choice after Level 2.

This is a great milestone for people like me just about to embark on our first cleanse.
