Dear All

Before I started on this process of 7 Day Wonder freedom cleansing, I don't think I've breathed clearly through both nostrils for some years.

Also every time I ate I was feeling bloated and got cramps almost immediately. It was becoming unbearable.

That has gone now thanks to the clear suggestions about which foods to eat and how to combine them effectively.

There really hasn't been anything I've tried here on the HPS program that hasn't proven itself in the practice.

Of course in the end its up to you, but how simple to have that desire to cleanse and actually have someone else's knowledge and experience handed to you on a plate to make it possible and a really positive experience. Its meant the difference between doing it once and taking it on board for life. Excuse the pun! I know however long it takes me to get it right, I'm going to try and keep on practicing everything I've learnt here at HPS because it clearly works on so many levels.

My life has gone from being physically miserable to having hope and confidence in the choices I make for my body. It's such a positive move to make, I wish everyone the chance of it.

All that good stuff, and to think that you gained all this at 7DW Level 1 Now multiply what you've gained by 10, and perhaps more! You will see this is true as you continue to progress thru subsequent cleanses and levels.

To me, that captures perfectly the promise of this program if you throw aside your worries and just do it the best you can. And having someone else's experience handed to you...it is priceless, isn't it? Even if it takes us a few rounds to take on some of the simpler good habits and changes that we probably already know about, being in this environment for a little while exposes you to so much more knowledge that you may not be ready for today, but which will be there for you when you can make use of it.

I am so happy for you... really great to read this.

Your breathing problems and other health issues are coming to a closure because you are setting the proper causes and conditions... your pre-cleansing and formal cleansing set those conditions, now in your post-cleansing (food and other stuff we are doing here at HPS guided cleansing) you have the chance to really make some great strides forward... and I look forward to it all unfolding.

This time around, move into your 7DW level 2 two months after you started your post-cleansing... don't fiddle around like you did last time... taking this route will be highly beneficial to you both in the short term and in the long run.
