Hi HPS cleansers,

I feel very good right now. My eyesight is great. After every 7 Day Wonder Freedom colon cleanse I always look forward to better eyesight. The bones in my body don't ache. Before the 7DW Freedom cleanse I had little aches and pains and they are gone now. A good amount of weight came off which is always nice. Soft smooth skin is always a plus. In short my body feels a certain tranquility. I feel a sense of peace.

I sometimes catch myself thinking,"What could I be reading or doing to help me in my health".

I started playing basketball again which is something I really engoy. I felt sore for a couple of days but not as much as I was expecting. I have good solid energy through out the day.


I want to thank all HPS cleansers for their support. I also want to thank Joshua for coming up with an awesome program and sharing it with us. Even after every cleanse we are given homework, but I look forward to it. It makes us grow even more.

I know . . . for me, it's like a tap (or faucet as you guys call it) having been turned on when first coming to HPS, and thereafter the "flow of water" is continuously increasing to provide clean, clear, fresh water full of vitality and energy

I echo this completely, all I've learnt is the stuff in level 1, and can already anticipate the wisdom and vision that I will benefit from soon.

How is your wife with all of this now. Does she appreciate the improvements too, or does she think you should be done with cleansing by now (mine is tending toward the latter.)

I think I am getting to the point where I just know the cleanses are good for me and I just go along and enjoy the ride. I could probably write pages on each cleanse ,but barring anything dramatic, I just savor them.


Bharat, I really like your enthusiasasm and your wanting to learn more. When I first started I thought maybe a few cleanses here and there. I found out cleansing is like opening up a refrigerator door and seeing a glacier inside. It probably depends how far you want to open up the door.


Janaka - I think my wife is getting used to the idea of cleansing. She would probably not have me do them if she had a choice. I am in it for the long haul.

Jorge, I can see that "Glacier", and it's going to take a lifetime to explore. My nature is such that luckily I'm looking forward to this exploration, knowing that it will require lots of commitment, and time too. But I realise that doing this, I will have an enjoyable experience, and will learn a great deal as well.

It helps that I'm exploring this massive glacier with many others, following in the footsteps of remarkable "explorers" before me, expecially one who originally charted this journey many years ago and has been on many journeys since, and yet has incredible enthusiasm to progress further.

All this talking, I'm keen to go on a hike now.

Hi Jorge,

Eyesight improvements, sense of peace, playing basketball, and soft skin, wow isn't that such an amazing feeling. I think my favorite part is that sense of peace. I feel that longing in my soul for peace and there is something about cleansing that is able to take me to those places that I otherwise seem hard to tap into.

Hi HPS cleansers,

I want to thank all of you for your great responses and comments. I am working on a few details and have the fifth cleanse within my sights. I feel so happy about it, I can almost taste it. I feel like a kid in a candy store.

I am going to try to keep this rolling instead of spacing it far apart. As Flip Wilson says,"When your hot, your hot".
