Howdy all!

I grew up on the standard American diet (SAD), thus I was plagued with migraines, colds, a weak stomach and annual outbreaks of hives covering my entire body... yet all in all I was considered to be a healthy, athletic, young lad.**

Soon after high school, while eating Thanksgiving leftovers, I had an epiphany and haven't eaten meat since, and a few months after that I stopped using and consuming all animal products.**

Upon going vegan my health and energy skyrocketed but I soon reached a plateau.**

I tried a raw foods diet but I now believe that I entered into it too abruptly for its benefits to arise.**

I even tried some fasting by myself in which I only drank water; once for 3 days and another time for 7 days.**

I felt good afterwards, with the best bowel movements of my life for about a day, but my body quickly returned to its prior status.**

Then a friend of mine introduced me to HPS and wow!!!... what a difference between HPS and my previous fasting experience.**

For sure my health is up a few notches than prior to HPS, but I have declined since immediately following my 7DW Level 1- Colon cleansing, Juicing, Fasting, Home colonics combined.**

Thus I am anxious to continue onward to 7DW Level 2 and continue cleansing my body rather than deteriorating it.**
