I started my first HPS 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleanse in August last year (2006) after a long deliberation period of 18 months and since my 7 Day Wonder Level 1, I completed 7DW Level 2 in April (2007) and have just completed 7DW Level 3 this October.....so far 3 HPS freedom cleanses in 14 months!

7DW Level 3 is where things really start to happen!

The HPS cleansing process- Colon Cleansing, Home Colonics Detox, Fasting, Juicing cleanse- produces results exponentially...the more you progress, the greater the results!

I am now really experiencing that exponential change start to take effect!

In the 2-3 weeks since finishing the formal my energy continues to rise.....I continue to feel good everyday! I feel so positive, full of life...full of energy....as I said in the title....Life is Good!! I'm really starting to enjoy life day by day....living each moment as it comes...not worrying about what's in the future or what's been in the past....just focusing on the now!

My confidence is better than it's ever been, I feel organised and in control of my life....I have the energy to do things that need to be done! My mind is clear and sharp! Despite my busy schedule I feel I can handle everything that comes my way.....and that is not a feeling I have had before!

I have always been good at procrastinating....putting things off or avoiding things all together...but now I feel like I am overcoming my procrastination! The increased energy I am enjoying from 3 levels of HPS cleansing is the key to helping me overcome such bad habits in my life.

In terms of health....I feel my body getting stronger....particulary my immune system! I catch colds less than before.....if I do have a cold it is gone within 1-2 days...with only minor symptoms!

I have less fatigue after exercise.

Also I need less sleep!

My mouth ulcers appear much less frequently than before I started this program.

I will add more details to this testimonal after I do my 7DW Liver Cleanse....but in summary I would encourage anyone considering this progam to just do it!!

It's not a quick-fix solution to health and it takes dedication....but for those who are prepared to dedicate the time and effort and are willing change their life then this is the way to do it!

Adrian, I think you meant to say "the way an HPS cleanse puts you in!"

Hey Ben, it's really encouraging to see the exponential gains you describe taking place in a period just over a year--but 3 HPS cleanses in that relatively short timespan, well, what else would we expect? And it hasn't just been adhering to a regular schedule of formal cleansing; your postcleanses have struck me overall as healthful and mindful, and this of course is why you now see so many rapidly accumulating benefits.

Yes, Level 3 is a major turning point, but it's also a beginning--you appear poised to make the most of the opportunites before you now.
