Greetings Everyone!

So! I finished my Level 2 formal cleanse back on November 2/07 and I started my pre-cleansing for Level 3 today, March 3/08. I'm ready to dive head first into this next 7DW cleanse! It has been wanting me for a long time and I'm excited about it because I know some especially good thing is going to happen for me! Especially good things happened for me in the first two levels, why wouldn't it happen again for this level? A fellow cleanser said, "and it only gets better from here on out... "

The Level One and Level Two cleanses brought amazing positive changes in my body and mind... to sum it up in a nutshell: better physical health after L1, and much better mental health after L2. (Please read about my summary of my L1 and L2 experiences here:
http://hpscleansing.com/group/showthread.php?t=3629
http://www.hpscleansing.com/group/showthread.php?t=3764

Although I have way more energy;
although my bms are more regular;
although I sleep better;
although my menstrual cycles are easier;
although I think more clearly now;
although walking is easier;
although I'm stronger and more flexible than I was 6 months ago;
although I can sometimes run up the stairs now and don't need to hold on to the railing even when I go up slowly;
although my desires to live and do stuff (like paint) have increased**;
there are still things that need change in my body.

After the L2 cleanse, I could tell that my digestive system was better than before HPS, but I could also tell it still needed work... so that is my focus for this cleanse. When my digestive system is working properly, then my skin condition will improve, since "skin conditions are mainly caused by excessive putrefactive waste matter in the body's excretory channels and extreme acidosis of blood due to accumulated toxic waste*". And I don't want my digestive system to work better so that I can eat all those unhealthy things I used to eat... I just want it to be in top working order so I can live happy, so I don't have to be thinking about whether it will work all the time!

My husband and I went to a restaurant two weeks ago and I had some delicious meal and really enjoyed the time talking with my husband BUT, I saw a woman (maybe 5 or so years older than me) go into the ladies room - and then not come out again! Other people went and came back from the ladies room, but that lady did not return. I went in just before leaving the restaurant and she was still in that stall! I think I know what her problem was and if it weren't for HPS, it could have been me - waiting and waiting and waiting for that bm to happen while having to ignore the people I came to eat with. To be honest, HPS has given me my life back.

In the post-cleansing period after doing L2, I watched a progression happening in the form and regularity of my bms. It may not be appropriate to give more details here, but suffice it to say that the progression was VERY positive! It's great to have real evidence that things CAN change for the better; that my body actually IS experiencing renewal. When I first came to HPS, because I had not read any testimonies or any information about it, I had to have a lot of faith in the program and just trust that the things Jos-hua was telling me to do were going to work, but now I've seen and felt them work!

I thank God that I found HPS and I'm so glad that the information I'm learning here will stay with me and help me and anyone who wants to listen to me for the rest of my life!

love and prayers that many will find and use the information provided here at HPScleansing.

Dorothea

* the quote above is from one of the many excellent reference books we learned about in Level One.
** I had to add a few more things to this list because I know that weight is an important issue - for women especially: Since my 2nd cleanse, I have been rid of those "impossible" 20 lbs that some women tend to struggle with their whole lives (... I did). I'm continually amazed by the fact that it's not coming back; it feels like a miracle.
Also, my balance is slowly but surely getting better
And I am way stronger than I was 9 months ago.

Hi Dorothea,

Good to see you moving into this phase of the program. As I mentioned in your last thread you are really going to enjoy this aspect of the cleanse. So much going on here and the long pre will prep you well for the formal...

I'm happy you have found HPS and that you are benefiting so much from you participation and activites here.

PEACE

good for you Dorothea!

it feels good.

I thought it would nice and educational for all of us here at HPS guided cleansing to post part of your introduction thread of your first cleanse here with us, your 7DW level 1 cleanse, a little over a year ago... a lot has changed since then, hasn't it!!!

Back then you were moaning about your life, you were shooting in the dark, shooting blanks about your health issues and how to solve them, now, as you embark on your 7DW level 3 you are excited, buoyant and full of hope re the future, full of knowledge and self-confidence where your health problems originate from and how to deal with them, how to take care of yourself.

Pretty amazing what one or two HPS guided cleanses can do for a person...

I, you and anyone else reading your above level 3 introduction post and your below level 1 introduction post can sense, that back then, you 'were' experimenting with your body, but now you aren't anymore... now you are walking a safe and positive path.

Back then you were trying this and that, grasping for air like someone drowning in a pool, grasping at this remedy, trying that supplement, and there was no end in sight...

Back then before HPS, there was no structure nor clear insight into what needs to be done by you or how to do it properly (which by the way is where most people are with their health), you were scattered all over the place, but NOW, things are clear for you, evident, concrete and in focus... the guessing is over, the confusion is over, the grasping is over... the path is clear and well lit up. All you need to do is to continue to walk it, apply yourself and pick the fruits of your actions as each month of the year passes by.

I commend you. You've done well over the past year Dorothea.

Personal guidance every step of the way obviously has worked to your advantage, having a detail blueprint in hand hasn't hurt either, and of course, being loved and cared for by others walking the same path here at our forums, your HPScleansing friends, well, that of course is invaluable and priceless because without being able to interact with them at your pace and convenience, you never would have gone so far re your health, your cleansing, your healing, your rejuvenation and your practices... so I'll say again... forge on cleansing friend!!!!
Lots of good things await you as we ascend your health further.

I wanted to detoxify because, through some research over the last couple of years, I discovered that mercury poisoning has probably been the cause of most of my life’s health issues: headaches (not much anymore since I've restricted my diet), a lack of balance, numbness, the inability to speak or write properly (those came back), blindness in one eye (that came back), loss of muscle control in other areas, muscle spasms and weakness, especially in my right leg, and more.

The seriousness of the information I read about mercury made me get the remainder (over half of my mouth) of my mercury fillings “properly” removed in April of 2006. I think it was the best thing I’ve ever done for my health, a lot of symptoms lessened and I felt more energy right away. (From what I’m hearing, I expect this cleansing process to be of equal if not greater value and significance.)

I’ve not been eating dairy or gluten since March of 2005 (98% faithful to that) and recent allergy tests also limit my diet (no bananas, pineapple, blueberries, eggs, kidney or lima beans . . .) Since January, I’ve found beef, soy, corn (although the allergy test didn’t tag that one), turkey and even chicken all have stopped me up, while many other foods gave me gas. I've resorted to buying as much organic food as possible.

Another act of desperation last month, led me to buy a candida cleanse kit (a bottle each of bentonite, caproyl and psyllium seed and husk powder) and I am on my 28th day of taking that, along with eating the very restrictive anti-candida diet (no caffeine, no alcohol, no sugar of any kind, no yeast, no mold like mushrooms, no vinegar).

Lamb and fish are still on the OK list - except that another ND I saw last week, specializing in mercury detox, said I should stay away from fish until she gives me intravenous chelation therapy urine pre-test. (But I have postponed that test since my husband read that even mercury can be pulled out of my body through the HPS cleanse. Is this true?)

Thank God for avocados!

Anyway, as I said, my desperation and cry to God for help led me to the HPS web site. My latest health crisis of not being able to eliminate regularly, was just unbearable. I’ve had put up with a lot of garbage in my life concerning my health, but THIS was becoming the most difficult to deal with. I felt I couldn’t function… or concentrate… or even put a smile on my face if I had not had my morning BM - and I really like to smile, it’s easy for me.

I feel badly because I’ve been delinquent in my household duties and in cooking meals. My husband is ever supportive though and has been making meals on his own, as has my son.

A final story: In January of this year I became constipated after two days of lunches consisting of soy protein shakes (protein powder, in soy milk with cocoa and stevia to sweeten it). Lots of salad helped me eliminate after a couple of days, but I felt horrible missing the BM. Thinking colonics would “fix” it, I made an appointment for colonic hydrotherapy and went through a series of 7 of them (at $70 each) over a 2 month period. Well… it didn’t seem to help at all.

Before January, I was eliminating easily and quickly once every morning probably 95% of the time, but since the colonics, my average went way down. I often sat on the toilet for 35 minutes without any results. Sometimes I’d go three mornings without a BM. It became a difficult day when I couldn’t have my — it came to be called — “beloved” morning bowel movement. (Now, when I finally do have a BM, it’s sometimes so big and long that I call it “Trophy Poo”!)

Two weeks ago it happened again: I had a BM on Wednesday (May 30th) and none still on Saturday morning (June 2nd), so around 11am I finally bought and administered my first ever enema. That wasn’t so bad and then two days later I had a regular bowel movement.

Yesterday (June 8th), I just experienced a barium enema at the hospital. I will never recommend that to anyone and I now regret having subjected myself to it. However my family doctor (the one I don’t pay for) scheduled it for me about a month ago because I had told him about my elimination problems and a bulge at my waist on the left side of my body.

Well, this is just another reason why I want to proceed wholeheartedly with the HPS cleansing system. I don’t even know what HPS stands for, but I’m convinced it will be very good for me. Fasting doesn’t scare me, and now, I think nothing could be worse than my barium enema experience!

I’m thanking everyone ahead of time, for the support and wisdom I know I’ll find here.

Sincerely, Dorothea_L

Oh, I also wanted to mention that taking these have made a positive difference over the last few years: very good multivitamin and mineral supplements, acidophilus, enzymes, essential oils, calcium (with C and D), grapeseed extract pills as an antioxidant, vitamin E and more. The list has actually gone down since my scatter-shot vitamin days.

Thanks Stephen for your encouragement... I feel better knowing that all you highly experienced cleansers will be there with advice or whatever as I plow through my L3.

You're right Jos-hua, and this paragraph below hits the nail on the head - it's exactly where I was... grasping for air like someone in a drowning pool.

Thanks for throwing me the life-line!

I do not doubt this!

lots of love,

by the way, it's only been nine months since I wrote my first intro. Only as long as a pregnancy... Well, I was pregnant with hope for years and years and years that God had provided me with divine health, then I found your site and began the birthing process. This is not anywhere near as painful as birth - as you say, NO PAIN - ALL GAIN!

Aloha Dorothea,
This inexperienced cleanser is here for you too, full of praise and admiration at your motivation and change. Thank you Jos-hua for providing the link to your premiere intro just a short 9 months ago. Its amazing and inspirational to read how far you have come. I was so touched by your change from suffering to joy and thank you, Dorothea, for your honesty in sharing.
You have accomplished so much, crossed so many thresholds and the place you are at sounds comfortable and empowering. I am looking forward to following your continuing progress.

Warmest embrace,
Jamie

Hi Dorothea

Just wanted to stop by and add my congratulations on embarking on Level 3. You really have come such a long way in such a short time and I am also amazed at the transformations you have made....and are continually making!
You seem to be growing in confidence day by day and your dedication, not only to yourself but everyone here at HPS, is a great example of how this program works.
Thanks for being here, for giving and sharing, and all the best for Level 3! I'm sure you will love it!

Ben

Thanks for the cheering Ben,

I remember "watching" and learning from your L3... while I was just a "young" cleanser. Time flies when you're having fun, eh?

love,
Dorothea

Dorothea

Wow!!! So many great changes have already occurred inyour life over the past half year and continue to do so. Keep up the great work; you are an inspiration to us all.

I just saw your papaya painting on the mainsite, well done. It is wonderful to know that you are painting more now due to HPS.

Did you realize that the first day of your precleanse, March 8th, is International Womens Day? Fun fact for you.

peace and health
