Howdy all!!

I am really excited to continue here at HPS. I have learned so much about my body and myself thru the excellent texts recommended in this course as well as from the wisdom, guidance, and support of the fellow cleansers here.

My cleansing path begin shortly after high school, when in 1998 just after Thanksgiving dinner I had the epiphany that I would never be able to eat meat again. Within half a year all dairy and animal products were removed from my diet and I felt and looked so much better because of it.

Yet I still had the remains of 18 years of gummi bears, double bacon cheeseburgers, and pints of ice cream just as the tip of the iceberg. Thus I did a good amount of research, went on a raw foods diet for a while, did some colon hydrotherapy sessions in a health center, and did two fasts on my own, one 3 days, the other 7. But not until I did my first cleanse with HPS did I see real, lasting results.

There is still a lifetime of cleansing ahead, but it is such a great path to be on.

Isn't that so!

I too feel it is such a great path to be on, in fact, I couldn't imagine my life being what it is without being on this path... the benefits have been manifold.

May this HPS 7 Day Wonder level 3 cleanse propel you even further and faster than the previous two cleanses you have done here with us... may you too enjoy smear free poops forever.

Hey there Bradford! Sorry I haven't posted on your threads in long while even though I've been back on the forum for a week or so now. Guess I can't please everybody all the time! After this post I am going to head back and check out your L2 cleanse and see how you did and get an idea of what I am in for this coming summer! I am looking forward to doing a summer cleanse...my first one was in the dead of Wyoming winter Not fun. This one will be in a New England summer...it will be magical!

Soon I will be right up with you in "the thick of it" as Richard says!

hey Brad,

i finally saw you posted your intro here and i thought, wow, he's going to get into it even in this cool spring weather. kinda cold yet to me, but then again, that's just me. now i noticed that your doing level 3 so by the time the formal rolls around may it have substantially warmed by then.

anyway, nothing but good to come from another cleanse, and so much work with the organs there's going to be a great deal of benefits to see.

Hey Brad

Great to see you about to jump into Level 3! I have to agree with you...I've been waiting for the cold winter to pass before gearing up for my level 4. Spring is a great time to cleanse!
Maybe I'll be out of the boardroom before you as you have a longer pre cleanse....but I'll be watching from the sidelines.

Here's wishing you well with your level 3. At a relatively young age, you are doing so much good for your health, your body.

I gather the winter has been a particularly cold one there this year, hope you have a problem free cleanse.
