Today marks the 10th day into my post cleanse and the improvements to my overall health on all levels continue to exhibit themselves.

These positive changes to date include manifestations on both a physical and mental and/or emotional level.

Physically and mentally, the positive changes include greater energy, sharper focus, functional regularity, and keener intuitive insight:

The energy I now enjoy is cleaner, more precision; I would liken it to acceleration in one’s automobile… When the engine is finely tuned and running properly the acceleration is smooth, clean and linear without hesitation or stutter and powerful…

My mental focus or ability to concentrate is now sharper; exhibiting itself in an increased capacity to clearly cognize or apprehend specific situations, circumstances and/or bits of information and manipulate or arrange this information into logical patterns and derived solutions and in-turn communicate this information as a whole as displayed in this very sentence. In short, my thinker’s, thinkin’ better…. By level four I should be able to bend space….

By functional regularity I am primarily referring to bowel movements but in order to have regularity in this area a host of other bodily functions must certainly be operating in proper or regular order. Of late, my bowel movements have been a consistent 2 to an occasional 3 per day. Additionally, I am no longer plagued with constant gas or any to really speak of for that matter.

Lastly, a keener intuitive insight has developed post cleanse, characterized by a strength & distinctness in perception of inner bodily needs or requirements and feedback from practices.

For example, for years, pre-cleanse, I had taken handfuls of vitamins & other supplements on a daily basis and often became agitated or concerned if I missed even one allotment…!

But now, I have not only, not taken one supplement that I use to take but have an inner knowing that I no longer need them…! Additionally, even though this had been an ingrained routine and habit for many years, accompanying this inner knowing is a strength that has enabled me to be free of any discomforts in not taken them - in fact I feel liberated from this burden!

The same goes for dairy products. For years I mixed these smoothie concoctions every morning that at the time I thought were great… But now, even the thought of mixing such a dairy laden concoction makes me nauseous. My body simply knows and clearly communicates to me the folly of these previous practices and with this absolute knowing comes a strength to, with great ease, cease from engaging in these formerly erroneous notions.


Finally, on an emotional level a few major positive changes have also taken place that include a calm strength & patience that virtually inhibits anger & agitation, and an inner joy that simple must be experienced to fully comprehend it.

When asked if she noticed any changes in my state, of late, my wife recently commented, “you look less angry and younger as a result.” Now I never equated a look of anger with one’s age but I can tell you that I am considerably more patient & calm, and not a passive calm…but a calm-strength is as best I can put it.

And, I awaken each morning and experience throughout the day a rejoicing, an inner rejoicing, on a cellular level is the best I can do to describe it because I can’t quite put my finger on its origin.

In summary and simply put, I am in high spirits and at peace – I am happy!

To conclude this testimony let me address those whom might read this and are considering taking this step to cleanse themselves from the inside out and experience what so many of these testimonies attest to by way of astounding positive changes in their health on various levels.

First of all when I decided to go ahead with the HPS cleanse I no longer had any reservations, I simply knew that this was the next step I must take having tried virtually everything else under the sun to achieve sustainable excellent health to no avail.

But that’s not to say I hadn’t heard and allowed many of the concerns or dangers expressed by others prevent me from doing this cleanse much, much sooner; I had.

I’d also attribute not acting upon this essential step to excellent health to an inner inhibition – something along the lines of an unconscious believe that I (we) don’t deserve excellent health…for whatever reason…or that the diseased state we are in is somehow beneficial or comfortable – which is probably the biggest factor, for if such a believe or beliefs are within us, one will seize upon any reason or excuse concocted or heard not to do the thing the believe suggests we are not worthy of or that might upset the status quo.

And to this I can now say from experience, don’t you believe it – whatever the source!

The HPS cleansing program is among the safest, well thought out, best programs that you can possible do, backed by the support and experience of numerous others who have themselves done it. And that support, guidance and encouragement is available to you from start to finish…

Rest assured there is no short cut to first cleaning out this organ which is responsible for eliminating a major portion of waste from out bodies and absorption of nutrition form the foods that we eat. For without the elimination of waste & proper absorption of nutrition how can we possible expect to experience disease free excellent health?

If you plugged up your cars tail pipe and/or fuel system how well or long do you think the motor would run? Try it sometime and see. The same applies likewise to your colon.

And what better & safer way to clean up your physical exhaust & intake system than to loosen the built up crud with a few herbs and wash out the pipes with water..?!

Then once cleaned, maintain the efficiency of that system by way of premium fuel sources i.e. live wholesome natural foods…

Sorry but I couldn't help but think of the Matrix movies after reading that.

I think I understand what you mean about things being clearer, more focused, almost as if they're moving slower somehow. Perhaps instead of your body focusing it's attention on constant detox it now has time to finally be in the moment. Just a theory. The clear headedness should only get better as you progress with subsequent cleanses.
