Dear Ones,

On September 24, 2008, I received an email notice of invitation from Jos-hua to join the HPS family. I was one of the lucky five! My heart leaped and my spirit soared. I felt profoundly grateful and humbled. I still do.

You see, I've been suffering from many illnesses -- illnesses I didn't know I had. My health has deteriorated and I can barely function. My life went from highly active and healthy (or what I thought was healthy) to almost bedridden. Each day is a struggle and I'm only 47.

I've done it all: Naturopaths, Conventional-doctors-turned-Alternative, Energy Medicine, Magnetic pulsed frequencies, monatomic elixirs, pills, potions, herbs, oils, liver flushes (2), enemas, color therapy etc., etc.
Guess what? I'm still sick. However, I never did colon cleansing.

When I discovered Jos-hua on U-Tube I knew I stumbled upon something BIG.
I want was he has: joy, humor, deep eye color, healthy skin -- that GLOW, and overall outstanding health. No more doctors. No more go-here-go-there-take-this-take-that. I want to reverse the damage that I unknowingly caused to my body and be a living example of real health. AND I want to support others in getting well and staying well. I say this because I know what it's like to "do it" alone. It doesn't work.

Lastly I have learned the hard way to: JUDGE those who give health advice by looking at their appearance. When a 52 year old looks 20, I'm gonna bet my last dollar that they know what they're doing. And that's just what I have done. I expect to be healed the HPS way.

Cleansing is as much an art as a science.

We intend to teach it all to you and walk the path with as you walk it towards ascending good health year in and year out.

P.S. I totally agree with you on the subject of appearances... I cannot tell you the number of times in my life I have been in a health food store, and the clerks look horribly unhealthy... and that's freightening to say the least... but also, to look healthy and be full of vitality at 22 isn't such a big deal, but at 42, 52, 62, and 72, well, with a whole lot of living under our belts it's not all that easy... anyway, soon, very soon, you too will be on a whole new path towards vigorous energetic youthful health, watch and see how it all unfolds here. I'm sure you will enjoy the journey.

We have a lot of things in common... I have done also that liver flush using grapefruit juice with olive oil and epsom salt... It helped me remove the sludge in my gall bladder but my liver is still not cleansed.. I am doing also the zapper which accordingly kills parasites, bacteria and viruses... I am not sure if that worked for me because I don't have a way of checking the results...
I do also coffee enema on daily basis although honestly, I find that it can help ease the burden in the liver because of food and medication that I have consumed.... As of now I have 30 pills of herbals to consume daily. I am looking forward to the time that the phrase "The Best Medicine is No Medicine" be applicable to me.... and to you.....

Goodluck to both of us.... I have scheduled my formal cleanse starting November 16, 2008. We both received the invitation exactly at the same time....

Joel, I too own a zapper. It's very powerful. I stopped using it because I'm
too toxic -- lots of bad reactions. It'll be interesting to discover what happens after I accomplish a cleanse or two.
I'll be real curious to hear about your experiences with your first cleanse and your zapper.

I'm very excited to begin my first cleanse. Having all of you as my support team is truly frosting on the cake.

My - your health sounds almost as low as mine was before I got to HPS! And I was also out there trying almost everything there was to help (except doctors, because they admitted they couldn't help - now that's actually rare). And note; I tried colonics to no avail BEFORE I got to HPS, so it's not just the colonics - it's the way we go about them and all the other wisdom added to it.

I have NO doubt your health will improve as you trod this path of rejuvenation - with us!

Dorothea, your posts on this website are marvelous. I love your insights, words, experiences. Those photos are killer. They give me such hope. Hope I haven't had in a long long time.

I'm gonna really tell on myself here: In June (2008) things got so bad, that I began contemplating suicide. The pain was no longer tolerable. The only thing that held me back was love. Love really does bear all things, hopes all things and endures all things. Love truly conquers all. I love my husband, family and this life. I just couldn't bear the pain I would cause them.

By God's grace I happen to come across a website for healing prayer. People pray for people all over the world. And that's when things changed. It's Providence that has brought me here. And I am so incredibly grateful to be one of the chosen five.

Thanks for YOUR kinds words. I'm so sorry you've had to live with pain and although it will take time and effort - that will be part of your past. A year from now, you will hardly remember how it used to be.

You know, I never got to the point of wanting to commit suicide, but there was a time when I was overcome with symptoms of inability that I was really longing for Heaven and being with Jesus and I wouldn't have minded going - right then and there, but same as you, it came to my love for my children and husband that kept me in the here and now. But it took me 4 more years to find HPS.

Be encouraged - you're health is going to get better and better and better!

Interesting experience!

I recently purchased a z***r and tried it out to make sure it was working. After the first 7 minutes I got a headache and, like you, wondered if it was from being too toxic.

The next cleanse should help things along for both of us!

I think you are right, z****r is really powerful and not advisable if the body is too toxic.... Thanks for sharing your experience, I will discontinue using it. Maybe in due time after cleansing my body and it will still be needed, I might use it. But I think if we will follow the steps of our HPS program, we will no longer need any device or equipment to maintain good health....

Re: the z****r, as Dorothea said, first things first. We all at each level follow Jos-hua's plan to the DOT and the proper tools are revealed in their more effective sequence.

I have great faith that by cleansing with HPS and staying involved here as you have been, you will most definitely soon experience improvements in your health!

Allison, I do indeed have a massage therapist, a steam sauna, and juicer! Thanks for asking. BTW, it's really thoughtful how you've helped out Joel. I'm impressed by your kindness.

Joel, my supps arrive early next week, Wednesday at the latest. My board should be here on Thursday or Friday. But as I wrote in another post, I had to move my dates to November. No big deal.

I'm really diggin the books. I am very familiar with the food combining rules but I didn't realize how poisonous indiscrimate combos were. Most of the stuff I've read in the past talked about basic fermentation and different digestive times. However, Reid and Jensen go into the actual chemical compounds. I looked these up in my medical dictionary. Wow! It's no wonder I'm so sick. I can see why there is such an emphasis on the post cleanse part.

As an aside, I was supposed to go through an eight day cleanse at a Wellness Center. It wasn't cheap either, more than HPS. They set it up so that I would do Hydrocolon therapy once a day along with my fast. Products were very similiar. Y'know what stopped me? There were brochures about colema boards on the counter. When I got home I did a search and found Jos-hua on Utube. Had I not seen those brochures, I probably would have gone through with the cleanse....with no pre or post support. Are we lucky or what? This is better than Lotto.

True in a big sense... lotto usually is a one off event... healing and rejuvenation can go on daily for a lifetime... which makes it of course more valuable and more appealing than a lotto win.

As you noted, without any pre-cleansing or post-cleansing, only with formal cleansing support... in other words, you would have been getting at the most 30% of the HPS program...

But hey, who cares, what's important to me right now is that you stay focused on your HPS 7DW program, and that means these discussions should not be going on here anymore at the introduction forum, but they should already be in your pre-cleansing thread.

So, lets close this thread friends, and talk more at Donna's pre-cleansing thread.

Before coming here, I myself along with many others had tried so, so many different treatment. HPS as I'm sure you're already discovering has a very solid foundation in building one's health. A very big part of that foundation is the colon cleansing as you mentioned. However, there is much more to it than that as you will progressively realize.

Health just like any other thing in life is best learned and copied from someone who has already attained the results you're looking for. Jos-hua certainly has and that is a big reason why this program works for so many others, it's moved beyond theoretical applications to real world results.
