HPS has more than surpassed any other tactic I’ve tried to make myself a healthier, happier person.

I came to HPS with concerns about my physical self – because I had resigned myself to the fact that mental/emotional health was something I couldn’t influence on any large scale. Boy was I mistaken. HPS has done great things for me physically, and greater things for me mentally/emotionally. Some examples:

Physical
1) I have more energy and sleep sounder than I have in years.

2) Menstrual cramps used to have me on my back rolling with pain. My last period came without me knowing it because the normal pre-cramps were non-existent!

3) I eat better and LOVE IT! I crave fruits and veggies and the thought of processed food makes my stomach turn. I don’t think I’ve ever eaten this well, ever! And eating better on top of clearing toxins out of my body has led to so many great mental changes!

Mental
I have always struggled to some degree with depression and just general pessimism. Depression runs the family, so I’ve been told that I will probably always have to deal with it – all I can do is help keep it at a low degree. That’s so not true… Starting with the pre-cleanse and working my up the formal cleanse, I have noticed significant changes in how I feel about myself, others and the world around me.

1) I have become more confident in myself and my ability to navigate difficult situations and/or emotions.

2) I am more positive and upbeat, optimistic and more carefree in my thoughts and actions

3) I am more at ease and content to live in the moment, rather than wishing I was somewhere else, doing something else, talking with someone other than the person I’m talking with right now.

4) My gratitude (and my ability to show appreciation) for the people around me and the things they do for me has skyrocketed.

Basically, all of the above stem from an inner calm that I have began to discover for myself. And HPS has played such a fundamental role in giving me the tools and guidance to discover that peace and to help me continue to explore that calm.

Changing your health on any level is a big undertaking, because it changes everything.

With HPS you don’t take on this task alone.

You have the experience, guidance, love and support of other 7 Day Wonder Freedom cleaners who have walked or are walking the path towards great health along with you. Personally, I know my cleanse would not have been successful without them ~ so thank you to all you other cleansers on this forum, you guys and this community have made all the difference!

I'm rejoicing in your rejoicing! With the breakthroughs you have had in the 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleanse L1, my interest in you has been even more piqued.

It never ceases to amaze me how everybody, no matter what level they might be in, has the capability to teach anybody, no matter what level THEY are in, new things.

Continue on with your "Mission" as Tony says.

I know the feeling, its a very distinct one that most people never ever experience in a whole life, the feeling of "hey, I actually can transform this body of mine, and my health, well, I can do with it exactly as I please... it actually can be done, whereever I live, whoever I am with, whenever.

It's so good to read this. Too many people the world over have simply accepted their 'fate' mostly because they have not experienced what you have these past few weeks. I rejoice i your new found health, happiness and well being too.

Terrific testimony Patricia!

It's fascinating to me how this cleanse has positively affected your emotional well-being. Discovering that you don't have to be a slave to depression, regardless of what your former beliefs were, and that you did this by cleansing your colon is marvelous.

No more menstrual cramps, lots of energy, sounder sleep, excellent eating habits...very promising results indeed.
