Hello dear friends and interested potential cleansers!

I am very pleased to report on my 7DW Level 2 formal colon cleanse!

I can see why Jos-hua has the HPS cleanses set up as a progression. A person can only read and understand and experience and integrate so much at a time and there is certainly a lot of healing we can delve into on many levels.

In my 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleanse level 1 earlier this year, I experienced a good deal of emotional "dumping". It was almost like emotional vomiting. This time around the emotional release was much more peaceful and loving. In level 1 I mostly acknowledged certain past hurts and felt angry and bad about them, but this time the emotions from the past were transformed with loving forgiveness. Its not something I set out to do, it just was able to happen that way. This loving transformation, I am certain, came about because of the earlier cleansing. So I can clearly see the progression of the cleansing levels in this area of life.

On the physical level, I also saw definite progression and deeper cleansing relative to 7 Day Wonder level 1. In the first 7 Day Wonder Freedom cleanse I wasn't sure what I was seeing in the colander - seemed mostly like mucus-goo. By the end of this Level 2 cleanse I was seeing definite chunks of mucoid plaque. Twisted, gnarly, rubbery old junk. So I can SEE that my cleansing is getting deeper levels of toxins out!

This has resulted in:
* Daily energy is more constant and smooth.
* BMs nice and solid and "complete" again.
* Much less anger / irritation and more calm and loving.
* Mentally less frantic and panicked and more calm and focused.

I feel that physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually I am improving, evolving and maturing. And that is due in great part to HPS - to the progressing protocols that Jos-hua has worked out and to the loving presence of the community, both giving and receiving.

I am 110% satisfied and happy with my decision a year ago to start on the HPS path and I look forward to continuing on this beautiful journey with you!

Yes, it is true... anyone who wants to take control of their health has a lot to learn and practice... any other approach is bound to lead to failure... and with regards to cleansing, healing, rejuvenation, and prevention, this holds true EVEN MORE...

It's great to read of the improvements Allison. Really great.
I mean, three months ago on Sept 29th you wrote your intro after you and I had a few exchanges of emails privately...

The space you were in then, and now, is very very different.

BUT, if you do not stay active at the group and in your practices, they will subside... the onus is on you, it is your personal responsibility... just as my health is my personal responsibility. No one and no "thing" can do it for us, we need to figure out our lifelong responsibilities and then take the reins... so what I am saying is I hope to see you very active here during your post-cleansing...
