Hello everyone!!!

Before I joined HPS, I was already inquiring about cleansing in one of the websites that sells herbal products for colon cleansing and there was mention of the 7 day-program to do it… I know it is one of those who copied HPS as coined by Jos-hua… I was not convinced because once you have ordered the products, you will be left alone to do it yourself and I think that is not productive. Until I came across with HPS-online.com, our community and the rest is history…

My reason for searching for better health cure or health care alternative is that I am suffering from liver dysfunction because of the Hepa virus that is already considered as chronic and slowly leading to cirrhosis . As conventional doctors would say, would probably lead to cancer if not treated properly.. I have tried a lot of alternatives like herbal medicine which were prescribed by a conventional doctor who shifted to naturopathy and prescribed at least 30 pills per day for my treatment . But no noticeable improvement was obtained because the condition has neither gotten better nor worse. Maybe the pills became additional burden to the work of the liver..

When I did the 7 Day Wonder level 1 formal, I tried as much as possible to follow the program very strictly because I knew that it is the best I can do to have the most benefits that I could derive. I never skipped any juicing and supplements except that in the afternoon of the 4th day I felt that I have consumed more chomps due to its effects so I slowed down on it by reducing 3 caps on that day. I was on leave for the whole week which added to the concentration that is needed in doing the program.

The main ingredient to success in doing the program is the support from Jos-hua and the HPS staff and equally important is the overflowing posts of encouragement and advice from fellow cleansers.

Before doing the pre-cleanse and formal cleanse, I was really in bad health condition because I was feeling very sickly every now and then. I felt that my liver dysfunction was getting worse. I believed then that I would be facing conventional treatment in a higher degree in the coming weeks or months. My energy was very very low. It is good and I should say, how lucky I am in finding the genuine solution to my health problem... the HPS - Helping People Survive...

I had a very strong determination to finish the formal up to 7 days.. I had a very long pre-cleanse because I practiced correct food combining prior to the pre-cleanse proper. During the formal cleanse, and upon seeing the droppings in the colander especially starting day 5 to day 7, that belief of mine turned 180 degrees because I know I made a good start by removing the major cause of my illness. From the 2nd day after breaking my fast on, I felt my energy was gradually coming back and up to this present moment, I can say that I am now on the road to fully regain my lost strength because one time I was able to roam in the mall for a very long period of time without getting tired, which I had never done for so long in my life.

I no longer experience the feeling of sluggishness which was my frequent visitor prior to joining the HPS. One good thing was that my wife noticed that I sleep soundly without grasping for breath while past asleep and the biggest bonus is that… snoring became a thing of the past… I am so happy about it..

As far as cravings for unhealthy food is concerned, I am confident to say that I am not inclined to eat them anymore because I am craving for fruits and vegetables and brown rice after the formal cleanse… I consider myself now as a practitioner of the science of food combining … and by this reason also plus the pre-cleanse and the formal cleanse proper, I reduced my weight considerably from 180 pounds to 155 pounds.

One beneficial effect on me is that my blood pressure has returned to normal. I don’t take my maintenance medicine for hypertension anymore. I stopped taking it about a week before entering my pre-cleanse stage.

And for the emotional and mental side, I am now at peace with myself, I feel more compassion towards my fellow being… I am developing my spiritual aspect which I said before that I was spiritually imbalanced…

Now, I would like to take this opportunity to thank and say how grateful I am to Jos-hua, the staff of HPS and all the friendly HPS cleansers for their unending flow of words of encouragement and advice which made my formal cleanse very flourishing and rewarding. Also, I want to thank one of our friends here who went all her way to help me with my supps, books and other supplies... Thanks a lot...

To all those who are still thinking whether or not to join the HPS group… at this point, I encourage you to practice first the correct food combining and see for yourselves the benefits of this and I know after that experience, you will readily sign up for the HPS program which will help you realize the true meaning of it, which is …. HELPING PEOPLE SURVIVE…

Nice to hear your words of encouragement. It gives me strength to really go on and accomplish more for my health rejuvenation... I know there are still a lot more practices to do and most of them are entirely different from my previous lifestyle particularly the food, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects. But I know with the guidance of all our cleansing friends here, everything will be fulfilled no matter how hard and difficult they might be...

I hope that every challenge that will come along the way will make me stronger in facing more tests in the future...
