What an intense experience!

Having never cleansed my body in this way before I had no idea what to expect and was, as I'm sure many are in the beginning, a bit anxious and intimidated.

The 7 Day Wonder Freedom pre-cleanse process was really essential in not only becoming adjusted to some of the practices that go along with continuing good health (food combining, recognizing in the moment the cues that my body provides me with, etc.) but in adjusting certain habits and attitudes that were preventing me from achieving the level of health to which I aspired.

Also essential, as I discovered, was the support and guidance of other 7DW cleansers, especially those who have made a regular and devoted practice of posting details of their own 7-Day Wonder Freedom cleansing paths over the months and years as well as giving tremendous support to those new to the path, such as myself.

Very often my own questions were answered through the queries of my fellow cleansers as I read through their threads in order to respond and be of help to them.

Jos-hua's overarching guidance and occasional pep talks, when needed, cleared the underbrush so that the next several steps along the path were clearly revealed.

And that's really how the formal cleansing progressed: one step at a time, very much in the moment with the focus on the process and a fine-tuning of my awareness of the moment and what my body is feeling and telling me.

As a result I became much more in tune with my body and shocked, in many ways, at what thirty eight years of lack in self-awareness and self-interest had done to my body and my spirit.

By the end of my 7DW formal cleansing I found myself feeling unbelievably light.

I felt more balanced physically, perhaps because the shedding of sixteen pounds helped me to regain my center of gravity.

I also felt lighter mentally and spiritually.

My chronic foggy thinking and symptoms of chronic fatigue/arthritis lifted like a heavy veil being slowly and gradually pulled back.

My mind is as sharp and clear as my vision now and my energy has gone way up. I thought that cravings for some of the foods and drinks that I knew were not good for me would be hard to overcome but the cleansing has nearly eliminated those desires. The rest, of course, is accomplished through a dedication and discpline made much clearer and easier in the elimination of toxicity made possible through the 7DW Level I cleanse.

That's exactly how it goes. Just think, you still have 3 Levels plus your Master Faster cleanse to go, and the whole program is laid out along similar lines. You get just what you need for the level of cleansing that you've done, and the for the knowledge and experience that you accumulate along the way.
