I enter this stage of 7DW Freedom cleansing in possibly the best physical condition I can recall being in, ever…and for most of my life I have always considered myself to be in good physical condition.

Since the inception of my first 7 Day Wonder level-1 Freedom cleanse back in March of last year (2008), however, I found out what and how good health and acute mental clarity truly feels like and works.

Prior to my first 7DW cleanse I also thought that I consumed and properly combined fairly nutritious foods…but the foods I consume now and combinations and portions are considerable different. The biggest difference is that my body, my gut, now tells me what it needs…and how much…and in what combination…and for how long…. It likewise tells me what is objectionable.

Although prior to my inception of cleansing with HPS I could truly say that I absolutely believed that these remarkable bodies of ours are capable of healing virtually anything - I can now say that I know it and have realized heights of understanding and mental clarity that have astounded me. And I’m sure I have only experience the tip of the iceberg….

These changes have all come about through study and continued practice of sound and tested information and methods which, through experience I can attest to work and work exceedingly well.

The mental and the physical surly go hand & hand of course and it all starts with ridding ourselves of the toxins built up over the years in our bodies and likewise toxic thoughts in our minds.

So I enter this next level of 7DW Freedom Cleansing with even greater expectation and excitement then my first 7DW Freedom cleanse, for it is entered with a knowing…an experiential knowing - that it will only get better….

Ultimately we all want to feel good and free… What better place to achieve such a state than from a healthy body and clear, calm mind.

I truly appreciate the visit and encouragement. The plan is to do an all-water fast this time.

Come the 14th, the pre-cleanse should be easy in that my diet these days is pretty near a pre-cleanse…I’ll only have to cut out the meat, mostly chicken.

I myself, in response to your quote above, had no idea of the power of the human body to heal itself prior to joinging HPS, but like you now I know that our bodies have an amazing healing potential.

With clean cells and tissues, with optimally functioning organs and energy systems, with balanced emotions and a healthy mental state healing of even chronic conditions like ibs, colitis, eczema, allergies and much more can occur.

it does take, like you said Perry, the following of tried and tested info and methods....but learning the info and adhering to the methods is the smallest of prices to pay for the freedom attained from the all the physical, mental and emotional pain, suffering, and turmoil our health conditions can put us through.

I went to check when you started your first 7DW Freedom cleanse, that was on 03-10-2008.

Not so long ago is it?
Time flies, three Seven Day Wonders within one year. That's great, I'm happy for you.

Your testimonial of that cleanse indicated that:

Perry, I sure wish that Irina, Deborah, Anna, Jennifer, Martha, Aaron, Jamie, Patrica and a few others of your class of 2008, were here too starting a 7DW Level 3 Freedom Cleanse like you are... because they too would be a lot farther ahead with their health just as you are today,,, and the bottom line is,,,, what you have been doing here this past year hasn't been extreme, intrusive, nor dangerous... what we are doing is acquiring the knowledge, skills and wisdom to properly take care of our health for a lifetime. It's been safe, holistic, and at your convenience, from the comfort and privacy of your own home journey.

And the journey is only going to get better Perry!

Reading your post I’m reminded of that musician that joined a while back, don’t readily recall his name, but he was turning yellow having apparent liver problems during his first cleanse and was advised of the grave danger of doing the cleanse and we never heard from him again.

Now it’s certain that we wouldn’t want to overtax our organs with a continual flood of toxins….but wouldn’t one think it would be of even graver danger to cease cleansing completely if one had such a pronounced indicator of its absolute necessity? Take it a little slower or tone it down a bit until the organs rebuilt themselves to handle greater loads maybe, but cease?

Then I got to thinking how one could advise another that cleaning out (via. natural means) that which overtaxes our entire system and makes us sick is dangerous?

Seems to me that such advisors are the danger…though they probably don’t realize it themselves….

Who knows…maybe some of that class of 2008 will come to realize this and get back on the path….

In the meantime I am discovering that the best thing we can do to help others is to first get our own house in order…then our words and very presence will have positive effect on everyone we encounter…..
