I did my last 7 Day Wonder Freedom cleanse- colon cleansing combined with fasting, juicing, home colonics- in May 2009 and now its August 2009 and I just finished up another one yesterday August 17, 2009.

And as usual, it was great.

I'm not going to talk here about this type of cleansing as the HPS-online.com web site does that and of course there are heaps of colon cleansing testimonials at this forum from HPS 7 Day Wonder Freedom cleansers which you can read which detail the program and the benefits...

For example, those of us in the mid life bracket (like myself) here's one testimonial from Ronald which I distinctly remember from 2005, but again there are hundreds for you to review.

And here's one from 2007 for those of you in your 30's who have a lot of health issues that need attention. He did too!!!!

And here is one for those of you in your 20's who aren't sure if this is worth the investment.

And anyway, I have no physical issues, I healed them all through this program years ago...

And my health has continued to be great ever since then... which is pretty amazing if you think about it, as I age, my health keeps getting better and better and I never get new issues, new health problems as most people almost always are.

OK 7 Day Wonder Freedom Cleansing friends, I'm going to do something new today.

Listen up...

You've all heard me mention many a times these past few years that after my 7DW Freedom cleansing I enjoy for many many weeks very large BM's, the type that evacuate immediately when I sit down on the toilet... well, here just to prove it, this round of 7DW post-cleansing, I'm going to take some pictures for you all, so that you'll have reference what exactly I am talking about.

I've never done this before and don't intend to do it again, so pay attention the next few days.

I had my first BM since breaking finishing my 7DW Freedom cleanse- juicing, fasting, colon cleansing and home colonics- 36 hours ago.

I know most people don't believe it when I say many a times I have a 12 or 14 inch bm, so this time I decided to take a picture of it and post it here for everyone to see.

The average American is so blocked up, that they will never see a BM like this, never ever.

If someone wants to see what the blockages look like in their colon, take a look at these pictures... this stuff accumulates in the large intestine (the colon) and the small intestine and over the years, eating lots of meat, or lots of carbs, lots of junk food, lots of dairy, this is the result (pictures)... ropes and strands of mucus and old feces that accumulate in the intestines, inhibiting elimination, and assimilation of whatever "good" nutrients were in the food you ate... in short if you don't properly and thoroughly clean out, your chances of attaining good health and good weight are diminishing, year after year... leading to the death cross. And a BM like this one (see below) is impossible. It will never happen. Never ever.

Instead of shitting in the toilet, I decided to dump it, drop it, evacuate it on the floor
(ugh,,, that's disgusting, I know, but no other way to deliver the proof)...

This way, you can see it all in one piece as it drops onto the floor (whereas when it is evacuated into the toilet, it breaks up in the water and a picture can't be taken). Please note guys, my camera date is off by 3 days, as you all can see today is the 18th and not the 21st.

Anyway, here's the point... When you start having bm's of this size, you just know that something quite positive is going to be happening with your health, energy and feelings. And you know your colon cleansing is working! You're not getting ripped off. It's working. You see the results with your own eyes! You don't need any tests, and you don't anyone to make any claims... you see the results with your own eyes.

yep Anthony, show me a cleansing program or colon cleansing supplements that deliver 12 to 16 inch bms after taking them, and I'll eat my hat.... or at the least, bow to them.

In fact, your doctor will tell you its impossible...

Your doctor will say that no one has a bm like that... they say that because they themselves probably are constipated, having a bm once every two or three days, and pencil like at that... ie, toxic waste is building up daily inside his or her body... and they think it is normal. hahahhaaa.

Here's a picture of today's bm.... only 11.5 inches.... but still, that's not bad!!!

I have a feeling tomorrows is going to be gigantic... I might just evacuate it on the floor again rather than in the toilet so that I can get a picture for the non believers (which I don't like doing, shitting on the floor as the cleanup afterwards isn't all that nice to do. )

Greetings 7DW Freedom Cleansers!

Well, today is the last day in this pictorial of what healthy bowel movements look like, feels like, and the size potential in inches...

See below a picture of a 16 incher!

I've never done a pictorial like this before in all the years that these forums have been online.... I guess the reason I did this was to show that a huge healthy bm isn't a one off event... its a daily thing once the colon has been thoroughly cleaned out, colon hygiene restored and correct food combining and lifestyle are implemented.

Today's picture is a gigantic bowel movement (which as I noted in the above post I had a feeling was on the way).

So here is what a 16" inch bowel movement looks like.... it broke into two major pieces plus a smaller piece at the end of about 2 inches, but you can see for yourself that if you connect the two pieces you are well over 12"...closer to 14" and when adding the little last piece, in fact it was just a tad over 16".... man, if felt good when it dropped out... I felt like I just dropped a ton... can you imagine... some people accumulate this in their body for days, for weeks, for years... no wonder why their waste line keeps expanding and expanding...

That's not fat, that's a swollen colon that keeps expanding year after year!

And all the dieting and all the exercising in the world isn't going to help one bit... nor flaxseed oil nor the best psyllium in the world, nor will some cheap colon cleanse kit for 69.95$ or 89.95$, nor will any herbal tea's, nor any herbal antioxidants or vitamins do any good either... they need a thorough cleaning out, yet they don't want to do it... funny to say the least because if they don't spend the time and money now, and make the effort now, they surely will end up spending ten times what HPS 7 Day Wonder cleansing costs and of course, year after year health declines until it implodes. And along the way, people spend fortunes of time and money trying to "treat" their health problems, rather than time and money to totally eliminate them by going after the source of their problems. Most people have a ticking time bomb inside of them, yet they refuse to acknowledge it.

I say funny because most people are only looking at the exterior (at their weight, skin, hair, eyes) not contemplating the implications of a toxic overload in their body and not correlating the cause and effect implications that a toxic overload will ultimately have on their health... in short, vanity seems to be the motivating factor in health care for most people. And that's funny to say the least.

After all, all blood moves through the colon into the liver. A filthy toxic colon means the liver has to work overtime to purify the blood, and well, over time, over years as we age, the organs just give up, and then serious decline starts... stuff like strokes, heart attacks, cancer, you name it.

More so, one doesn't need to be a rocket scientist to see how this toxic mess messes with our mind- our psyche, our emotions, our mental and emotional makeup... outbursts of anger, unexplainable anger, lack of concentration, mind fog, depression, hatred, irritability...it all can be linked back to this... for if this shit ain't outside of you, it's inside you!. This is yesterday's meals, nothing more than that. You too, the reader, had a meal, two or three yesterday, so today, you should be evacuating it, evacuating the remnants of yesterdays meals, in the form of a bowel movement (BM). And if your digestive system and elimination tract is working properly, your BM will look something like this, like this picture below.

If anyone reading this hasn't yet read the HPS colon cleansing theory, they should start right away.. They should then read the fasting theory page.

And once you have read the theory, you should then read about the death cross (which is basically what I was talking about above)... you can find more discussion about the death cross here.

I am going to cease with taking the pictures from today onwards...

I have no need to take any pictures for after all I am already enjoying these results of my 7DW Freedom Cleansing. I could go on and on, day after day, taking a new picture, but that would be useless... that would be like taking a picture everyday of sunrise, to prove that the sun rises every morning.

Last year at this time I started to have a bout of IBS (the cause being the LCD TV I purchased, who would have thought), just about the time Ben (who had now done 5 7DW Freedom cleanses here online with us over the past two years) was here visiting me....

So for anyone with IBS or constipation, take a good look at the pictures and know, you too can be FREE from the problem.... HPS 7DW Freedom cleansing... its an all gain, no pain, proposition.

When you have a bowel movement like this one, you know your colon cleanse was worth every dollar you invested in it!!!!

It's been exactly a year since I was there in Chiang Mai....good times
Glad that Alan is there now and that you guys have a chance to hang out!

I haven't photographed my BMs after finishing a Freedom Cleanse (could be a good photographic project for me next time... ) but I can attest that I too have similar BMs after I finish a HPS formal of fasting and colon cleansing....very long, thick and solid. And there is nothing more satisfying than having one come out first thing in the morning and feeling light and empty inside for the rest of the day .

I remember having bouts of constipation when I was in university as a result of eating crap every day and suffering the consequences. However, since I started cleansing at HPS over 3 years ago I enjoy 2 or 3 satisfying BMs daily.
