Hello everyone,

This begins my 5th cleanse and establishes my status as a master faster in the HPS world and I begin this cleanse in the best health I’ve been in, in years….

I also begin this cleanse with some very great news. Six months ago I did a general blood test and the numbers weren’t so great in a number of areas:

• My glucose serum was off
• Several liver enzymes were way off, specifically AST, ALT, and GGT
• My white blood cell count was low
• My Neutrophils and Neutrohphils (absolute) count was low
• My lymphs count was low
• My vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy numbers were low
• And my Zinc, serum or plasma was low

I re-did a blood test before I left for Cancun on the 28th of last month. Upon my arrival home a copy of the result were faxed to me and all of the above as well as everything else were all perfect…all in the normal range!

What did I do to restore the above to healthy numbers…first, I took the initial news calmly, then I did a level-4 all water fast & cleanse…next I researched specific foods that were known for restoring health in general especially the liver and other specific foods that were high in vitamin D and zinc. And lastly I did a product called MMS or miracle mineral solution to aid my immune system in getting rid of any difficult viruses that might be lurking within….

In short, I followed the cleansing path that all HPS cleansers follow…I did a cleanse and practiced sound post cleansing practices, including research and tailoring specific foods and products to the unique needs of my body for its restoration to health.

What more can I say – if you want to be and stay healthy this is the place to learn how. Practice what you learn and be prepared to wake up each morning with a smile on your face, sunshine in your eyes, a spring in your step and pleasant thoughts & dreams…. Be prepared for Freedom!

Sounds great... I'm excited to see you progressing into your first Master Faster cleanse... may this be the first of many.

I'm in Katmandu right now... its amazing, the degree of filth, pollution and illness all around is everywhere... and the cold weather is not something my system has a lot of experience with, YET, not a sneeze, not a cough, no congestion, and no health issues... and this is pretty amazing considering the fact that the people here have a habit, a culture, of coughing in your face the minute you meet them... and everywhere people, everyone, is spitting out mucus and phelem... in short, its like walking through a minefield of disease and illness but I have no fears.... just like swine flu, I have no fears... after all, this type of cleansing and rejuvenation is a strong immunity booster, probably the best there is.

I intend to update my post-cleansing thread next week with a detailed exposition of how i just follow the program laid out here at HPS cleansing, and how well it has served me.

While a lot of your friends might be experiencing a deluge of health issues as they move from their mid 40's into their mid 50's and sixties, I'm pretty confident we won't.

This has definitely been an all gain, no pain, proposition here.

Agreed, Jos-hua.

There are a lot of people who get colds and flu's here too, especially when the seasons change ... they don't know how to take care of themselves properly and then carry their germs all over the place.

The fear over swine flu, which the media has propagated, has penetrated so many people ... first they were all upset because only some people could get the special vaccine, THEN they were upset that they had to wait so long to get the "shot" and THEN they were all upset because clinics ran out of it, and THEN they were all upset because the media confessed at making a bigger issue out of it than they should have, THEN we heard the shot wouldn't necessarily keep you from getting swine flue and now some people are upset they even got the shot. People are running around like chickens with their heads cut off - afraid that they're going to die and not aware that they're already dying. It's quite ridiculous and I'm glad not to be a part of it all.

Someone once said, “When your attitude’s right, the facts don’t count.”

Your attitude or thinking is certainly right…and no doubt HPS cleansing keeps your immunity strong and in-turn boosts your attitude and contributes to such right thinking.

Hello Joel,

There are a number of foods that contribute to liver health; I will list some of the main ones I am using but you should do a search on the Internet for a more complete list (try typing in “Foods that contribute to liver health”).

Main foods I’m using almost daily:

• I juice carrots nearly every evening 2 lbs. make 2 cups of juice

• Garlic and Onions in salads or other meals daily

• Cod liver oil as a source of Vitamin D-3

Hey Dorothea,

From what I’ve researched…people tend to get more colds & flu’s in the winter because of lack of sunlight and hence vitamin D, especially up north.

The swine flu vaccine…is downright dangerous. If you go to where they’re administering it and ask for the insert which tells you what’s in it you’ll find…mercury, various aluminums and other very bad for you ingredients….

I just wanted to comment on the links you provided ...

I think they might be of some benefit for someone who is already paying attention to their health and doing the things we do here at hps, but they are definitely not the answer that they purport to be.

My brother who is fighting Chrone's and liver issues tried the hydrogen peroxide "cure" and well, he's in no better shape a year later.

As we've all discussed here (and I know you know this), there is no single cure ... it's continued attention given, in many different areas of life: not just to what we eat, not just to cleansing, not just to deep breathing, not just to physical activity, not just to smiling when there's turmoil inside, but to everything ... even attention to eternal matters.

Yes, Dorothea there are many dynamics to health…but none is greater then what’s going on in our mind…

Oxidative therapies have had similar results. So they do work for 9 out of 10 people who use them and they work in and of themselves. But will one who cures themselves of a disease remain disease free without doing what we’ve learned here at HPS….cleansing, diet and so on. Not likely!

It’s unfortunately your brother didn’t fare so well in what he tried but maybe he would do well to look very closely within and see if he really believed that what he tried would work or at least was very excited about the prospect of it working. I would further suggest that he consider a higher potency oxidative procedure i.e. Ozone therapy. There are many natural practicing doctors that offer this…. Certainly a cleansed and healthy eating individual will respond better to any healing practice; of that there is no doubt.
