Hi Everyone,

Time for me to jump into another 7-Day Wonder Freedom cleanse ... (yay!!)

I hadn't planned on having another 7DW cleanse this soon after my last formal (late October/09) but my busy work schedule and stress-eating during December have been largely responsible for this decision.

And I'm so glad I am able to make that kind of decision and have the hope of speedy recovery and improvement. That means there's no worrying about it for me. If this over eating had happened years ago, before HPS, it would have taken me 6 months to a year (or longer) to get back on any semblance of a healthy track. How different my mental outlook is now that I have the knowledge I gained here at HPS.

So, that's not bad eh? -; doing one 7DW Freedom cleanse to 1. lose any extra weight, to 2. regain some of my self-control and to 3. reset my practices and vision for ascending good health. And I have no doubt those will all come into line during and after this cleanse (that starts in 4 days time!). PLUS, I believe there will probably be some pleasant surprises of even more health improvements! It all just keeps me coming back for more.

Even despite the 10 extra pounds, I still experienced the following health improvements during my last 7DW post cleanse period:

1. Sleep: I'm sleeping extremely well - WAY better than I was, and although I used to use melatonin to help me sleep 5-7 times a week, I only used it once during the last 2 months (and found out I shouldn't have done even that because I was so groggy the next morning).

2. Body Temperature: The hot flashes I started experiencing a few months ago have completely stopped and I'm now generally warmer in my body than I've been for years (hallelujah!!). I suspect that my thyroid is coming back into proper functioning order. My body temp was almost one degree below normal for many years and I just lived with being cold. I have not taken my temperature, maybe I will soon, but I just know that I'm warmer and it sure feels good to be warm - especially during the winter in Canada!!

3. BMs: it seems I've not had as difficult a time with my bms lately. As a matter of fact I've kind of stopped keeping track of when I have them because I so rarely get that "filled-up" constipated feeling any more in my tummy. Sometimes I'll have 2 bms in a day, sometimes one a day, sometimes I'll miss a day - but I have not felt over stuffed as I had felt in the past when I missed a bm.

It takes years and years for our bodies to get sick, but it's great to know that getting well IS definitely possible - with some time and effort.

What a joy to read how someone, in a relatively short period of time, has totally transformed their health and how they relate to it.

I rejoice in all your rejoicing Dorothea... it all sounds so great.

Your introduction could just as easily be a testimonial post.

So true...

It's funny, so many thousands of people visit every year the HPS-online.com website yet they want we should say- it takes no time and no effort...

Which is of course BS.

Anything good in life requires an investment in money, and time and effort.

Anything and everything.

That's the way it is in our modern world, especially in the field of health care, caring for our health.

In my opinion you've done great, and considering the fact that you have anywhere from another 20 to 50+ years of living to do, I'm sure this 7DW Freedom program will serve you well.

Just as it is serving me well, and many other people here!

I'm right behind you Dorothea, even though I posted my latest 7DW introduction a few days before you, most probably I'll be starting my 7DW formal cleansing- the seven days of juicing, fasting, colon cleansing and home colonics- probably a few days after you.

That really sums it up for me. The setbacks that would have scared or depressed us before are now apparent for what they are, just temporary stumbles that are easily recovered with the right knowledge and actions. To err is human--I know all too well my own indiscretions--but these bodies of ours are divine gifts, and they have amazing abilities to heal themselves when we learn how to step out of the way and allow them to do it.

I'm intrigued by your mention of low body temperature. I've been low my whole life too by more than a degree--96.8 instead of 98.6--but in my case it hasn't caused me to feel cold at all. Quite the opposite, I get hot quite easily. When I was a kid I couldn't sleep without a fan, even during the winter. I'm hairy and fair-skinned with tons of freckles, so I always assumed my body was adapted for cold places, and the low overall body temperature just seemed to be a factor in that.

Perhaps the answer is that this is my body's natural state, but not yours. Great to see how this is changing for the better along with all the other benefits you've noted here and elsewhere. One thing I've noted over the years here at HPS is that I have far less sensitivity to heat and hot weather than I used to, so maybe we're both approaching "normal" from opposite directions. These bodies are so complex and wonderful, there really isn't any way to begin to know all the little things going on behind the scenes in our overall health picture.

Jos-hua, excellent points as well. Time and effort is essential to any undertaking. It's too bad we seem to have so much trouble creating the understanding that the effort isn't what people seem to think; yes, it's too much to say it's easy, but at the same time it can be so fun and rewarding, and in a lot less time that anyone would probably believe.

I'd challenge anyone to take one week of precleansing followed by one week of 7DW Freedom Cleansing and tell me it wasn't one of the best things they ever did--not just because they know it was "good for them," but from the way they feel physically, mentally and emotionally. Two weeks away from a transformational experience, that's it. Sounds pretty quick and easy, doesn't it? The hardest part is just getting started, taking that first step.

Dorothea, this has been one of my slowest cleansing years since I've started, but you've been running laps around me the whole time. I guess though that you've been like that from your Level 1 cleanse, always keeping pace and charging forward into ascending good health. If I had one bit of advice for newcomers or curious onlookers, I'd recommend they go back through the intros and testimonials to read every one of yours in order. Folks, that's how a cleansing pro does it.

I don't know ... I guess I don't feel like a pro but I do know it's easier than it was. But let's see what I have to say when I'm 90, eh?

My "early years" (haha - 2 years ago) seem like so long ago and I know I was insecure and desperate ... but having the support from everyone at the forum made all the difference.

Being able to talk it through and have other people understand me, and do what I'm doing, or at least just say some kind words; THAT is invaluable and essential to a person's success with this program.

It's like some of the dieters programs out there ... they say that success in losing weight was largely due to being with others doing the same thing. I've never done one of those group weight loss programs (although I was overweight and on a continual diet) - But hey! - I never will have to do one of them now because the side effect of getting healthy with HPS is achieving (and being able to maintain) my body's normal weight - and that's easy weight loss!

Thank you again "forum people" for all the help; all the encouragement.

You know Jos-hua, all the information you've discovered, gathered and presented here is really great; but being able to talk with you and other 7 Day Wonder Freedom cleansers (at any level), is I think what makes this program work so well. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
