I have come a long way since my first cleanse. I have learned so much about nutrition and health. I am no longer disturbed by all the conflicting information out there about nutrition and our bodies. Somehow I am finding that when I read something and try it I can feel whether or not it is something that makes sense for me. I also find such peace in knowing that disease is not some mysterious, uncontrollable monster able to attack a body at any time. I love knowing the role my own decisions about what I put in my mouth, what thoughts I think, what people I associate with, what quiet time I allow or deny myself play in determining my well being.

I am looking forward to level 3. Again I am trying to approach it all with as little expectations as possible. I am looking forward to learning more and solidifying more of the lifestyle habits I want to be a part of my life.

I continue to enjoy being a part of this forum. So many of you have such incredible insights and sometimes just a word or phrase really brings something home for me. Thanks to you all and to Jos-hua for his continued dedication.
