Level 3 was quite an experience. I think during this level, I have become more aware of myself as a whole.

During the formal I became more conscious of the importance for me to practice meditation. I have been contemplating spirituality much more than in the past. I have gotten into the practice of praying.

I began to notice improvement in my patience or lack of after Level 1 but it is getting even better after Level 3. I’m not as angry or bitter about life in general and what I haven’t got. I feel much more appreciative, grateful and thankful for what I do have.

I am especially grateful that I am a person with the mind and desire to search for and travel this path of health. Not only have I met like-minded people here at HPS that I can open up to, be real with and learn from, but I’m also beginning to meet that same type of people in the flesh- right here in my area. This is wonderful for me, as I am a very social person.

I don’t kick myself as hard as I used to when straying off the path. I suppose because I feel that my constitution is stronger and healthier and can recover much more quickly now. The awareness of the effect on my body is much more acute. And figuring out which foods my body reacts to either positively or negatively is so much easier to figure out now than it was before I started HPScleansing.

So wonderful to see the change in spirits you've seen over the course of this last level. When you finally get a moment to get a deep breath and appreciate how much less anger and bitterness there is nagging you in daily life...what a realization that is. It's a hard road to follow at first, and it's far from obvious for most of us probably, but we are in fact the masters of our health--emotional and physical--if we choose to accept that responsibility. I don't mean that people choose to suffer from poor health, but the culture we're born into operates on many levels to fool us into fooling us into believing we have no power in the face of illness.

You prove here to yourself and to us all what is true about health and the joy that comes with it. Thank you for being a part of this group.

I can't tell you how delighted I am from your cleansing progress.

It was evident from your last two or three post-cleansing posts how much you have changed... I clearly remember our correspondence prior to you starting your level 1 and I was so impressed reading your recent post-cleansing posts, so impressed from ALL the evident change.

I rejoice in your rejoicing.

You've done well Laura, and I am confident that many many things are going to change for the better for you this year and next... As our cleansing friend Alan_A says, keep on practicing, keep on smoothing... all will be well.
